    Shakela the area manager is so unprofessional and has poor buisness communication skills if there is anyone else you could speak too within the area please do. I wouldn't recommend signing a contract with this organisation. There are many hidden costs that are not mentioned until the initial meeting which would be weeks after signing the contract as the office is understaffed and overwhelmed.

    "1 Victoria Square" is hardly on Victoria Square. Instead, cross the tram tracks towards Hill Street and you will find it on the corner across from the Town Hall. One of the staff members who helped me was very friendly, polite, and courteous. I'm very grateful to her because the other staff members I approached were curt and rough. It's narrow corridors, rickety lifts, and low lighting make me think that the building was intended for humbler purposes. Still, excellent views of Victoria Square and Birmingham City Centre if you happen to go upstairs. The purposes of my appointment with UKVI, on the hand, went smoothly and professionally.

    Had SELT English test. The staff was nice and friendly. SOPs were highly followed with sanitizer and wipes. Low human interaction and very well distanced. Right in front of Victoria square.
