Currently been renting with Abode for 2 months. We're very happy with the apartment and Clare has been nothing but helpful. We always receive quick responses and she goes out of her way to help us resolve any issues. =================================================== We've just ended our lease after 14 months and I can safely say Abode is the best letting agency we've had thus far. Any issues dealt with quickly and with no fuss. Happy to give us a monthly rolling contract after our initial 6 month fixed term lease and received our full deposit back minus the cleaning fees after moving out. Clare and Nick are both lovely people and the service provided has a nice personal touch. Would recommend the agency to anyone looking to rent.

Clare is an absolutely fantastic managing agent. Against the odds she found me a tenant for my flat just as lockdown started in March and she has dealt with all issues efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend Abode Residential for rental management and property sales. As an overseas landlord and vendor, it was fantastic that Clare Morrall was always a phone call away and happy to help with nothing being too much trouble. If any issues came up with the property, Clare had an extensive network of tradesmen she could call on and always quickly dealt with any problems. Clare managed a difficult sale where several issues cropped up. She went above and beyond what I would expect of an estate agent and was always willing to do whatever was needed to "get it sorted". It was really refreshing to deal with a smaller estate agent as I would always get the expertise of a manager with 20+ years experience, who in larger estate agents would not usually deal with. Clare was always available (or would get back to me as soon as she could) and kept me informed at all times. Clare really cares about her customers and I would highly recommend abode for sales and lettings.
