   I had a great experience with Accords Lets. It is a great team. First of all, lettings negotiator Jack provided me many potential apartments to choose and accompanied me for house viewing. He illustrated and explained patienty during each face-to-face, phone and email conversations. After that, letting co-ordinator CJ handled the docuement part very well — she is energetic, efficient and always kept me updated. The process of letting was smooth and pleasent. Thumb up!

   We’re really pleased with the support we received from Accord Lets especially from their lettings co ordinator CJ. She made the whole moving process so much easier for us and always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we have. What really stood out was the personal touch, they even gifted us a lovely moving gift, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made us feel truly appreciated as tenants.

   I rarely leave reviews but I had a viewing with Jack earlier today. Hands down the best Agent I've ever dealt with (I've dealt with many). Great experience, he was down-to-earth, friendly, and had such positive vibes. Made me feel right at home (no pun-intended). Super knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. Really appreciated his help — would definitely recommend, and look forward to working with him again in the near future!

   Fantastic service, viewed 3 properties in one afternoon with 3 different agencies and Nadine was the only one to turn up on time and even though she was covering for someone therefore her knowledge of the property was not 100% i was still confident in the property and the agency. Nadine's approach was relaxed but still professional and made me feel that if i had any issues with the property i could approach her about them. I am still awaiting for final verification for the property but even if i don't get it the communication and they way i have been treated through this process has been much better than a number of agencies i have dealt with in the past. Completely recommend this company and Nadine, again fantastic.

   Accord provides great services, as a tenant I can say that they have a very good customer service team with proper apps or contacts in place for reporting any repairs/maintainance within the property. I need to appreciate my property manager Mr. Correy Carrington for his timely response, follow ups and support for the issues raised. Sometimes there will be delays to get the relevant works done (but most of the time it depends upon the approvals, communications with landlords etc.) but overall I am satisfied with the services they offer. And I surely recommend Accord for others as well.
