I recently had some old VHS tapes converted to digital at Snappy Snaps and I’m really impressed with the results. The quality of the transfer was excellent, and they handled everything with care. It’s such a relief to know these precious memories are now preserved in a modern format. The service was efficient, professional, and friendly throughout. While always extremely busy, the staff are friendly and very accommodating and spend a lot of time with the less technically minded of us. Shout out to Richard - always got a smile.
The experience was unpleasant from when I walked in. I came in looking for a professional photograph to be taken by a specialist (as per the website info and also based on what was shown on various posters inside the shop). I asked for the studio and was told there was no studio and to wait. Once it was my turn in the long queue, I was taken behind the tills where the customer service person took my photos. It definitely was not a personal service as I was told to just sit and then when I wanted to retake photos I was told that I need to hurry as there are other customers that need serving. The experience was exactly the same as I would have had going to a photo booth to take a photo with the exception that in the Photo Booth at least no one would have been rushing me or been visible unhappy with me having a view on my photos and wanting to retake. A very unpleasant experience.
Ordered my photo online to click and collect great service very fast and easy to use. Will definitely come back
I have only used the printing services and they are fine but everytime I go in there something that could take absolutely max 10 minutes if not only 5 , takes nearly 20. I don’t know why they are so incredibly slow it’s obviously frustrating to have to wait that long to buy just 1 thing when the thing it self takes a few seconds to print. I don’t even go when it’s particularly busy maybe 1-2 more customers in the shop. I would go somewhere else given the chance.
Went in for a head and shoulder picture for my work pass and received brilliant service from Rich. He made sure he understood how I wanted the picture and was happy to take multiple pictures to make sure I was completely happy. Service was so great I have recommended this place to multiple other people. And the results talk for themselves, amazing quality.
