   I was recommended CJ Hole by a neighbour and I now can't recommend them enough myself! They were absolutely brilliant. I was looking to rent my property really quickly, and they DELIVERED. On the same day of calling them, they managed to get a floor plan made the same day, and viewings were organised for the next day by the end of which I had 4 tenant offers on the table. Communication throughout via email/phone calls was extremely good - I was liaising with Inga, Callum and Lucy. A small example of their expertise - they spotted a significant issue with an old EIC report which another estate agency hadn't - I then clarified with the electrician and they were absolutely right.

   CJ Hole has been amazing. We got our property under offer within a week. Our sales handler, Victoria Grantham, is fantastic! She is super responsive, efficient and supportive throughout the whole process. When we needed to do some work to our property, Victoria introduced good workers and help facilitated all the tasks.    I have just endured a rather protracted flat sale and I can honestly say that without C J Hole, I might have gone quite mad. They have been consistently friendly, funny, wise and efficient. Every call answered promptly, every e-mail responded to and lots of energy expended chasing solicitors, builders and surveyors on my behalf. I drank them dry of coffee, had a couple of shouting fits when I needed them and dropped in whenever I needed to get a sensible opinion. They also helped me communicate with my buyers, exchanging useful information without always going via the solicitors. Right from the outset, they got me 22 viewings in 3 days and an excellent sale price. Where they really earned their keep though was the constant support and encouragement to shepherd me through the quagmire of what followed. It made a huge difference to feel that you weren't on your own just because the sale had been agreed. I would use them again without hesitation. I'm in no rush to ever sell again, but I will miss the free coffee......

   Great service from a great team! CJ Hole provided a great service - our flat sold just a week after putting it on the market! All the team members were really helpful, with special mentions to Josh and Victoria. Josh came and took some great photos of the flat, even with our pug dashing round his feet and trying to get in every picture. He also showed the flat with great enthusiasm to viewers, securing our sale rapidly. After this Victoria pushed through all the final details to make sure the sale went through and completed as quickly as possible. Really nice team to work with - the team are really responsive and always happy to help. Thanks!
