Even though she was not managing my sale she was friendly, kept me informed and kept pressure on a particularly difficult client at the bottom of the chain to make sure that after a few failed attempts we finally managed to move into our homes.    Parks have been very supportive throughout the whole process. Always quick to respond and kept me regularly updated. Amelia and Natasha were incredibly lovely and supportive. The sales progressor Hollie has been absolutely brilliant at keeping everything on track, dealing with tight deadlines and going above and beyond to offer a professional service with genuine care for my situation. Very honest and transparent estate agents. A real pleasure to deal with and I'm so pleased I chose to sell with Parks. Just a shame I didn't find a house to buy through them! Would highly recommend.

   I bought my flat through Parks back in 2014 and they were nothing but excellent back then. I decided to sell it this year and decided to go with them to market & sell it this year. They sold it inside 3 weeks and got me the price I wanted, and throughout the 5 months, through to completion, the standard of their service was top notch. Our sales progressor was Hollie Stanton who was nothing but courteous, communicative and helpful throughout the process.    I've sold houses twice with this agency. Selling your home can be a difficult time and on both occasions, the timing of the sale was not of my own choosing and was in some sense 'difficult'. I have found the team at Parks to be super sensitive and helpful -- together with all the skills you will need -- they are responsive, knowledgeable and careful in their work. Worth mentioning also that they do the best photographs to show off your home. Happy to recommend Parks.
