The company’s vetting system is really thorough, and they’ve made sure I have reliable, trustworthy people in my property. She has been very helpful and done a lot of work helping me prepare my rental house to be re-let following the departure of a long-term tenant.    When we viewed the property we ended up moving into, we knew instantly that the letting agency was great by the way the letting agent was friendly, personable and answered all the questions we had. We had viewed several properties previously and this was not the experience we had with anyone else. We had some trouble with our references but Eerena was fantastic and reassuring throughout.    A really great agency, I have found Fenwick Ward to be professional, fair and conscientious and lovely to deal with. Jackie and her team are super friendly and respond to all and any questions you may have quickly and clearly. As a landlord they have always contacted me promptly when anything needs doing and arranged repairs/alterations quickly so that my tenants are happy and I know my property is being well looked after.
