We had a great excellent renting with Clifton Rentals. Coming from renting through London estate agents for the past 15 years coming to CR was like a breath of fresh air. They made everything as easy and comfortable as possible with our move in and out. Amy was our point of contact throughout the 2.5 years we lived there and she was nothing but absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, which from our previous experiences never happened when using a letting agent. For once we felt like we had found a agency that were there to help and suppoprt us not just rince us for every penny that we had got. If personal care is what you are looking for we would highly recommend renting with these guys. 10/10!

They have an amazing combination of arrogance and low intelligence. Say the first stupid thing that comes into their heads just to fob you off. Very slippery and untrustworthy. The head maintenance guy is a particularly nasty piece of work.
My daughter and her friends had a truly terrible experience with these people. As she said; How can you tell clifton rentals are lying? Their lips move. In answer to the owners response: Yes, I do have the right company. And no, there is no way in light of the experience she suffered, that a young girl is going to contact you. It's probably something best left to the solicitor or the police.
From first viewing we have received excellent service from the team. Ophelia has been extremely communicative and all maintenance problems have been actions asap. We have handed our notice in on our property, and gone through the exit process today. Amy handled this and was extremely efficient and did the check out process quickly and updated ASAP as she new we were eager to get out deposit back as we are leaving the county. As long as the final part of exit process goes as smoothly as the rest of our time here and we get out deposit back in full, we will definitely be using Clifton Rentals again. 10/10 would recommend. Bonus : they have an office dog!
