   If I could, I would give no stars. One of the worst agencies i have been involved with. Reading comments below - everything negative is true. I have lived with mice (they refused to lower rent despite it continuing for many months). The house inside looks lovely but it has big problems such as windows are very cheap and let in cold air in to the point where I was constantly ill with fever, headache, sore throat - if you are willing to leave heating on constantly then this problem is irrelevant. When i asked them to come in to help, they took exactly 6 months to do something until they finally said that there is nothing they can do. They also claimed to let in a contractor without my consent and told me he did something but visually it looked the same. I would assume it’s a lie. Thirdly, the elevators are constantly not working. And by constantly i mean every two weeks. Elevators are broken for 2 weeks up to 1 month or more. When i finally moved out, elevators again broke a day before and whilst asking for help to have extra hand to carry heavy furniture down, they again said, there is nothing they can do. They act kind and helpful, but they take days and weeks to reply and they never help you the way you need and oftentimes ignore your questions. The manager does not know what is going on with elevators and with any unresolved problems so their system is lacking badly, as she has said that over the phone. I would not recommend the agency for anyone who wants to have a reliable relationship with landlord/agency. Everything breaks, unreliable service, charge a lot for everything.

   Myself and 4 others rented a property from temple homes we had no issues whilst living there. When moving out we ensured that we cleaned the house to the best of our ability and to the same condition it was when we moved in. But we then find that we are being charged £550 for a cleaning of the house although their third party inspection stated that the house was to the level of good domestic cleanliness. As a student I don’t recommend renting from this agency as you will be hit with massive deductions from your deposit that are unjustified no matter the lengths you take to ensure the property is to a clean standard.

   I found the whole service unprofessional from beginning to end, i felt the staff were lacking in knowledge and did not meet my requirements, some even felt over zest that i felt nervous to be around. Overall i dont think i would deal with them again and am glad i found a different agency to use.

   Intrusive staff who snoop all over your rented accommodation, taking pictures of your personal belongings, telling you how to clean and live, made us feel like lower class citizens. We will not be renewing our tenancy with Temple Homes and have decided to rent elsewhere.

   A lot of estate agents and letting firms have a bad name for themselves, but Temple Homes were by far the best letting agency I have used. Emma and the team were on hand to help from the day we viewed the property and all the way through the tenancy. Great service, and always managed to solve any minor issues quickly and efficiently.

   Temple Homes are, without a doubt, the best estate agency we’ve ever had the delight of renting through. From the start of the process of renting the flat, to us moving out, they were super helpful and kind, and made our time renting in Bristol an absolute breeze. Ellie listened to our needs when first viewing our flat, and answered our many questions before we moved in. Whilst we were living there, Emma and Lisbeth made sure everything was working for us. Anytime we had an issue, we reported it and they would reply within the day to get it sorted it for us! They are an incredibly kind, hard working team who really care about their tenants. My partner and I have rented in many places and honestly this is the first estate agency that we’ve dealt with where we genuinely felt looked after, instead of being taken advantage of! If you’re thinking about renting with these guys - they’re truly awesome and you won’t regret it.

   I rented from Temple Homes for 5 years and the staff working there have been great. They solved any issues around the flat quickly from a complete boiler replacement down to little niggles with shower screen and light fixtures. All the staff are very helpful and polite, and even arranged visits so that they didn't clash with meetings etc while I was working from home. They were very accommodating during the move out process too and let me hand the keys back after midday as I had some things that needed doing in the morning before I left. It only took them a couple of working days to start the deposit repayment process as well.
