   I was a tenant with Pentrich Properties between 2018 and 2025, and it was a genuinely great experience. Their communication was always good, the rent price was fair (no big increases over the years either), and if there ever was any issue with our flat that needed a repair, they'd get it sorted quickly. I was very nervous before moving out, as I've had bad experiences with other letting agents before at this stage, but they were clear in their expectations, and didn't take any money from our deposit, which I don't think has ever happened for me before, despite my best cleaning efforts. I get the impression that they care about their tenants, and I would definitely recommend them to others!

   I have been tenant for Pentrich properties since February 2018 until now. I highly recommend them. Best agency I ever had. They are very efficient with any issue reported and everything was sorted very fast. Mrs Daly dealt with everything very promtly. Mrs Daly was always very organised, all necessary paperwork and required certificates were always up to date and made available. Most agencies look only after landlords interests but Mr and Mrs Daly look after tenants as well and that is why I highly recommend Pentrich Properties.

   The best agency ever! I rented a house through them for 7 years. No problems. Any inspections, gas checks or garden maintenance were announced well in advance and flexible. Quick response to any questions, even on Sunday evening. Hassle-free repair of any faults in the house. Move out in a pleasant atmosphere, deposit refunded in full. I highly recommend this agency!

   I have rented out a flat through Pentrich Properties for more than 15 years. I highly recommend them as a letting agent. Jane is extremely thorough in her management so the flat has always been kept to a high standard for tenants. When tenants move out she has usually arranged for a new tenant to move in immediately. Their communication is great with queries dealt with effectively and promptly. Wonderful service, going above and beyond.

Gary was knowledge about their properties, Jane was always responsive to emails and contractors were sent out quickly to fix any maintenance issues. After cleaning the flat and leaving we had no issues getting our full deposit back a few days later.
