    EDIT AGAIN**STUDENTS BEWARE** 4 months into this let and the agency have rejected a rent reduction. Despite the landlord offering and asking the agency to match his offer. This is a 3 bed flat that is just under a staggering 32k per annum!!! In my opinion The Letting Game is all about profit and happy for the students to be living with mould and damp. So it seems most of what I thought that was being done about this property and what I thought was TLG being professional was really in my opinion lip service. TLG have portioned blame on the landlord for the state of this property. But in my opinion they collect the rent, they let this property with mould present and ignored the complaint in August by not following it up. They did the check out so would be aware of the big whole in the bathroom wall, all the left belongings in a full floor to celin cupboard, not to mention five plus pieces of broken furniture, the broken toilet, mould in the kitchen and through out etc...etc.. And whilst the landlord is responsible for the property so is the agent for letting it out in such a state. Espcially the mould! The landlord is willing to reduce rent but the the agent will not contribute as they think its not their responsibilty! Both are at fault and are expoliting students, charging very high rents and treating them unfairly by letting out poorly maintained accommodation. We have now found a tumble drier With no outlet hole for the steam vapour to escape, see photos; a fire hazard. . EDIT AGAIN* After six weeks there are still outstanding issues including mould. EDIT *** After many talks this week, the manager director has been in contact. ( very professional ) along with the property managers, they are working with the landlord to resolve these issues. I am looking forward to a good outcome. Will update again. Awful properties. The second property my son has let from The Letting Game. Absolutely disgusting and dirty. 32k for a 3 bedroom flat with broken furniture, there has not been an end of tenancy clean. These students are being totally exploited. There's are a number of pieces of broken furniture that have not been removed. Dirty carpets, damp and peeling walls, along with mould. The toilet has not been fixed to the floor, massive hole above the toilet, an inspection hole I believe. The lists goes on.. Spent the day cleaning carpets, removing mould and cleaning. I am so upset that a company would accept such poor quality for such high yields. They are making good money out of these lets and not caring at all about standard. Shame on you The Letting Game.     Awful experience with the letting game over the three years we were renting out flat. If I could give them zero stars I would. Just one example was the year it took to fix a tap. Communication terrible. Can never get through on the phone. Recently moved out our flat and handed in our keys only to get an email a week later threatening to change the locks and take it out our deposit as they did not have our keys. We rung and they found them in the cupboard... then 2 weeks after handing the keys in, we still had no deposit back. Threatened to complain and they organised it that day. Seems to be the only way you get anything done with this company. Glad to be away from them

    The letting game have been brilliant at helping us to find a flat. It was useful getting a heads up via their Instagram which properties were going to go up. It was easy to call to book a viewing and communication was very clear throughout, for example an email about your viewing time and text reminders. Tracy was very friendly when we viewed a flat and was able to answer all the queries we had! Since putting in an offer and being successful, the letting game have kept us in the loop about progress and thankfully nudged us when we’ve been slow on our end. The process was clear, with all relevant documents and information sent to us via email, and the good lord website was easy to navigate. It was a completely seamless process. Many thanks for helping us to get a one bed flat in the competitive Bristol renting market!!
