Really helpful right from the start, even though we may still disagree about how to execute an initial offer!! To me it's important the vendor knows you're a serious buyer but you won't be held to ransom! Milburys they are keen to get that initial offer on the table without conditions, they say it 'muddies the waters' I still believe your initial offer must come with the conditions you believe to be most important. However, from the lady who first showed me around he property, to collecting the keys, we found Milburys, attentive, fast to reply and helpful with suggestions on how to proceed. I would still highly recommend the team, whether you are buying or selling a property.

A very positive process with Milburys from start to finish. My initial interest was sparked from the way the property was presented, very clear description and photographs. A viewing was quickly arranged and from that viewing I felt I was able to make an offer. I spoke to Leyla and she was super efficient getting the ball rolling and my offer was accepted.
