Louis' excellent service continued once the rental was approved. He quickly assisted with the contract, the deposit information, and other admin. Upon signing, there was a very quick turnaround time with sorting out the utility bill transfers. Phillip, Julie and other staff were also very helpful in answering questions and queries. “The apartment was absolutely perfect. It was roomy, very clean and had everything anyone could need. The bathroom was very nice and warm and the shower powerful. The towels were very fluffy and the shower gel and shampoo smelled divine. The bed and pillows were so comfy too and the TV has a very high quality picture. As for the location it was perfect. In a quiet area just south of the river, not in the Ulez zone but only 6 mn away from the centre on foot so you can safely leave your car at the flat in the private parking bay. All in all we had a fantastic time and we would definitely recommend you stay there.”
