Great facility and even better staff. I use them regularly. Our team are all remotely and Regus helps us connect when we miss the face-to-face interactions and office buzz.
I went there to pick up a fit-to-fly covid test. You can get them there either to take there or to take away and apply when you really travel. Company is in a little cabin at the back of the building. Service was quick and painless. They are much cheaper than many places too. Only downside: They advertise to be open at 8am but are not there before 9am.
I was doing work on the premises very well run offices everyone so lovely. The lady in charge emily what a fantastic lady so helpfull and professional and so knowledgeable about what I needed to do what a great lady it was excellent working there .Pete.x
The management of this place is poor (expect site managers to disappear if you have any issues) and there are significant additional ongoing costs, e.g. a monthly fee to use the kitchen or reserve a car park space. In lockdown parking is not a problem, but out of lockdown it can be a nightmare.
Location is excellent for me as only a few minutes off the M4 M5 interchange. Lots of parking. The team there Lucy and her boss Dom are really professional and friendly and this is a big factor for me and my company.
My company has held an office with Regus for well over a year and the service has been of the highest standard throughout our time with them. The front desk staff are professional, polite, friendly and the facilities are maintained to an excellent standard. My company often uses the additional meeting room facilities as our clients find the location and ease of access very appealing.
I have been a client of Regus, Aztec West, Bristol since April 2013 and the customer service team has been excellent during this time, I rent an office and have a dedicated phone line which is answered professionally and efficiently by a member of the Regus customer service team. There is always a warm welcome in reception to all of my clients that visit me for meetings at all times of the day. I would highly recommend Regus to all business owners looking for a new office with all services provided.
