Jo at Franklin Cole has been a life saver for me regarding my property that I had let with another company previously. That prior agent ended up neglecting my property for a couple of years and so after I obtained it back I found Jo. I won’t turn back!! I live abroad and was able to work with Jo who assisted me on returning my property back to an amazing renovated condition over the past few months. She put me in contact with her team of expert DIY professionals who also work on the many properties she operates. Her team inspected, quoted and have done a wonderful job getting my property back to tip top shape. I visited Bristol recently and met up with her and her team working on my property and they were so accommodating and friendly. Jo can be brutally honest sometimes, which has been refreshing as she always had my best interest in mind. She knows what she is doing and has gone above and beyond to help me. I imagine her professionalism does not waiver whether you’re a tenant or a property owner. As I said I intend to now rent the property out via Jo and her team as I know it is in safe hands and she will find good tenants who will look after the property as well as be looked after as tenants themselves. I rented a property from October 2021 to January 2023 with Franklin Cole Properties. The experience from start to finish has been fantastic. During the application process, there were several others applying for the property and at no point did they suggest paying a higher rent to get the property - unlike some of the more well known letting agents in Bristol. We also weren’t given a rent increase when our fixed term came to end, again, very unlike Bristol in the current market. We had very few issues with the property and any we did have were dealt with extremely quickly. Everyone working there are really friendly too!
