   Other agents had warned us that this was going to be a complicated sale, but Ryan and Richard weren't phased by the property's poor appearance or the strict sale conditions. From their initial valuation appointment right up to the final date of sale, their steady reassurances and hands-on approach meant that someone was always available to advise and help. We couldn't be happier with Bennett Jones, they were definitely the right choice for us. Everything was arranged digitally and this kept us fully up to date, making the whole process very easy.    I was encouraged by this estate agent to offer asking to get it off the market, only to then be told the vendor wanted to wait for more viewings. I withdrew my offer (after three warnings) to the estate agent because of the delay. I was then contacted a week later to be told that the vendor had accepted my offer. When I called to check what was happening, I was told that the estate agent had mistakenly contacted me and meant another buyer altogether. I'm very unimpressed with their mishandling of admin, and suspect that they were not fully communicating between me and the vendor.
