Initial contact and viewing of a property was extremely good. Unfortunately after that the communications and service were poor and impersonalized. I had great difficulty seeing my contact in person or having a telephone conversation, which meant additional information and conversational nuance opportunities were missed. As it happened conducting business over email became the companies downfall as all communication were recorded and later used to take to the ombudsman. Long story short, they failed to explain the referencing process fully and thought they were entitled to keep my £300 holding deposit. After months of stressful emails and correspondence, I had to refer the complaint to the ombudsman to have my monies refunded. Country Property complaints process ignored the facts, advice I obtained from 'Which? Legal' and I felt I was treated with disdain by senior management.

Thank you to all the sales team at Country Property for a marvellous service during our sell and purchase. Liz, Stephen and Paul were all really helpful and nothing was too much trouble but a special mention and thanks to Liz who helped in rehoming our chickens which really was above and beyond! We never intend moving again but if we do, we will be back! :)

We purchased our home through Country Property in Chipping Sodbury a month ago, and we can't fault the service we received. The communications from Paul & Liz were frequent and always kept us informed. We always knew what stage we were at and what we could do to nudge things along. If we emailed, we would always get a prompt response, but talking to the team was always a quick option to. We appreciated the advice & professionalism they gave us especially when our first sale (Not Country Property) fell through - I strongly believe it was their constant communucation with the whole chain that allowed us time to find a new buyer with our estate agent and hold the chain together. 100% recommend this team!
Excellent, attentive and friendly service. Just sold a house through Country Property and found their services to be excellent. They kept the property secure, accompanied visitors, and kept us informed of each visit. The staff are very professional and have great knowledge of local facilities and services. Our sale was complicated by probate, and the staff were always attentive – prompt in update and responses. And the team is very friendly. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. Thank you to Paul & the team for an excellent experience buying our new home. Paul supported us through the purchase, from start to finish, he was very knowledgeable about the house and the area and went over and above throughout the process. We sold our house through a different agent and we did not have a good experience. Paul ensured this did not impact our purchase and made sure all parties were informed throughout. If the time ever comes to sell our new home we will we be contacting Country Property to deal with our sale and would recommend our friends do the same.
