They were brilliant at hosting viewings (Carolyn), moving things along and dealing with any set-backs (Emma) and I chose this Agency out of the many on offer due to my initial meeting with Emily who was so positive and genuinely passionate about selling my home.    The staff at Lisa Costa are great. For example, when I viewed the property the agent said immediately that there wasn't central heating. It was all above board and they responded to queries promptly. They also let in workmen and a surveyor when necessary. There is a nice surprise when you get your keys!

   I wouldnt recommend. They didn't keep in contact with the chain, they didn't provide us with regular updates unless prompted, and to top it off, they booked our buyer in to view another property they had for sale!

   I cannot recommend Lisa Costa and all her wonderful staff enough. Selling a house and all that comes with it is stressful and hard work, but in my experience they made it as easy as possible. My house sale was far from straightforward, but all the team played a part in making it a success. From the valuation, to photos, viewings and sales negations, everything was carried out with support, professionalism, and a lot of communication. The aspect that jumped out immediately and never wavered was their friendly, personal and efficient service, nothing ever felt too much for them.
