Purchase went through complication free and quickly due to Blue Sky's assistance. I couldn't fault them at all with clear and concise communication, quick responses and always on hand to support and answer any questions I may have had. Ideal. Couldn't recommend them any higher. 5 out of 5.

   I was having problems with a tenant and my neighbours suggested i switch to blue sky. I am so pleased I did. From the start their documentation was detailed, very clear and dealt explicitly with the various aspects of the landlord, agent, tenant relationship. Since then, I have been delighted with the service. Gas certificates etc are done on time without prompting. Repairs/refurbishment dealt with, without drama. Everything just......works! I have recommended blue sky to a friend and she was delighted.
