Whenever I called about an issue and was unsure about it, Ben would personally come to check the problem and would immediately arrange for the appropriate person to fix it. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, which made the whole experience stress-free. Throughout my tenancy, I never had any problems with their service. When I moved out, my deposit was returned promptly and without any issues or delays, which I really appreciated. I lived in the property for over three years and was genuinely gutted to move out. I would highly recommend Bath Property Shop to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency!

   My partner and I rented a property through Bath Property Shop for just over a year and throughout our tenancy they were amazing! Our landlord re-mortgaged our house at the start of our tenancy and later on decided to sell our property whilst we were living there and Bath Property Shop were excellent in communicating with us about the changes and offered alternative properties when we found out we had to move. We only had one maintenance issue with the property and they were very quick and responsive in fixing it and were always available to answer questions and provide support whenever we needed it. Despite the high number of people we had to the property throughout the process of it being sold, Bath Property Shop always gave us lots of notice and were really kind and supportive through what could have been a stressful period!
