My experience with Bath Student Rentals as a student tenant has been great! All email correspondence has been incredibly professional and consistently timely. It's been reassuring to know that any query or concern will be dealt with promptly. The team has always been happy to help, whether directly resolving an issue or efficiently directing me to the right contact/ department if they couldn't fix it themselves. They have consistently provided us with ample notice for all inspections, maintenance visits, and any other necessary access to the property. This level of communication and consideration is greatly appreciated and made living in the property stress-free. Highly recommend them to any student looking for reliable and supportive letting agents!
A company that takes advantage of students. Avoid at all costs! After moving into a filthy house which clearly hadn’t been properly inspected, we had to submit a formal request to even get our new residence cleaned. Upon discovering a live wasps nest in the wasp during our tenancy, we found that hundreds were entering the house through a large gap in the bathroom ceiling. The problem was reported and we were promised by Bath Student rentals it will be sorted fast. For 10 days we heard absolutely nothing and the house became completely uninhabitable after being infested with wasps. 3 of the tenants were stung and we had to prompt them again to get it sorted. It turns out they hadn’t bothered following up with pest control for this very serious issue and had to be prompted again to get it sorted. Upon asking for recourse, we were consistently dismissed for no reason other than ‘the pest control didn’t follow up’. Clearly this company doesn’t care about harm caused to its tenants and has no urgency when letting them live in uninhabitable homes. They believe they can take advantage of students who already pay very high prices. My advice is do not go anywhere near them.

Tom at Bath Student Rentals is a really helpful and effective agent. He's helped us two years in a row - not just with finding tenants, but signposting us to the right services when he's come across something we needed to address. I find him really collaborative, not extractive - and I value that very much.
I cannot recommend Bath Student Rentals highly enough. We bought a student house 6 months ago and didn't really have a clue what to do! Tom was a godsend, helping us find tenants for this academic year and giving advice and guidance on everything from maintenance to rental income. We will definitely be using them again this year.

Tom was extremely helpful showing me around a student property. Very easy to contact and very flexible. Bath Rentals clearly have a very good relationship with their landlords and tenants. I hope to rent from Bath Rentals in the future.
