If you're a student, avoid Homelets at all costs. Incredibly hostile for no reason and will attempt to keep all of your deposit for trivial reasons. Horrible and unpleasant to deal with at every turn.

We have rented through HomeLets for the last four years and they have been absolutely amazing at every turn, great communication and very considerate to us as renters. While I'm sure the entire HomeLets team is fab, our experience with our Property Manager, Rachael has been top-notch. Rachael is always so quick to get back to us, and sort out any issues we've had with the flat. Recently, we requested if our garden could have some improvements made to make it more accessible. Rachael liaised with our landlord and we have had our garden improved in a matter of weeks with a new shed! Rachael goes above and beyond, and as tenants we couldn't appreciate it more. Isabel is an exceptional property manager. Always highly professional, proactive, punctual, and helpful. It has been a pleasure to have her assistance over the years. I had the pleasure of renting a property through HomeLets in Bath from February 2023 to July 2024, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I first viewed the property in January 2023 with Amanda, I was impressed by her professionalism and dedication. Despite my short notice, Amanda arranged a same-day viewing, allowing me to quickly put down a holding fee and secure the property. Throughout my tenancy, I never encountered any major issues, but whenever I had a need, Isabel, my property manager, and Amanda were always incredibly responsive and helpful. Whether it was getting taps replaced, obtaining spare keys after accidentally locking myself out, or addressing any other concerns, they were always on hand to assist promptly and efficiently. The process of vacating the property was equally smooth. I always felt well-informed about what was required and any steps I needed to take. Isabel ensured that the transition was hassle-free and made certain that I received my full deposit upon leaving. Overall, my experience with HomeLets was fantastic. Do not touch these at any costs. New member of staff dealing with let’s is not only unprofessional but also very unhelpful. Recently family member moved into one of their let’s. Totally unhelpful and have not attempted to our right the dangerous situation in the house and also in the garden with glass everywhere and the fence falling down. The garden door does not even close correctly. Ms Edwards has known about these issues for months and has done absolutely nothing to resolve. A disgrace!
My mum rented her house through Homelets for the past 17 years until recently, when the Landlord decided to sell it. Amanda, Carolina and all the team at Homelets have been incredibly helpful and patient thoughout all that time, and have responded with good grace and kindness to all my mum's requests. These requests have increased recently as my mum is now 86 and suffering from Alzheimers so forgets how many times she rings the team! Thank you all for being so understanding and supportive of my mum, it has been much appreciated over the years.
I have lived with Homelets for over 2 years and they have been incredible. They are very responsive, go above and beyond any other letting agents and make sure living standards are always above 'the average'. All members of staff are respectful and looking out for you even though you are just a resident! Thank-you Homelets for being one of the best independents in such a marvellous city!
We were really happy with HomeLets but our landlords economic situation due to Covid meant we had to move sooner than we would have liked. However whilst we were with Homelets we found them to be the best letting agent we have had in all our years renting. They were one of very few letting agents who actually tried to help us renting with our cats. We particularly would like to thank Olivia as our property manager, she would get back to us quickly about any issues and was always very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend! Laura and Tim
