Seemed a nice place to live and was a stepping stone for my partner and I. Staff were generally pretty friendly. Aside from poor sound insulation, the apartment was nice and everything was as it should be. My issue was with the scaffolding… We were told when we had our viewing that urban bubble had been discussing a compensation package for residents affected. With no sign of the scaffolding leaving anytime soon, we decided to move out after 6 month. Having brought up the scaffolding, which restricted access to our balcony style doors, I was told that compensation would not be given. Pretty poor when you pay in excess of £1000 per month!

Apartments of good quality, well furnished and with great equipment (washing machine, dishwasher...), with excellent, helpful reception staff. Happy with our decision to take an apartment for this year.

We lived here for 10 months with my partner and we loved it! The flag was modern, clean well equipped and maintained. The staff were always on site and willing and happy to help. During the first week we got our sofa replaced as the old one was dirty with was really great. Overall I highly recommend loving here. Only downside is the layout of the apartment was a bit strange making it seem smaller the it really was.

Very happy with Spring Wharf. The staff are all incredibly nice and very helpful when you have any kind of issue. It's the ideal location for someone who travels a lot for work like me as you have the peace of mind that everything is being handled for you in your absence. I have recently moved out of one apartment and into another and the process was really smooth e.g. getting the deposit back, communicating with staff about the handover etc.

Nice place to live and most of the staff are very friendly. Negatives of living here is that you must buy your gas from community utilities which just so happens to also be owned by urban bubble (read spring wharf) and they charge an outrageous amount for the standing charge and per unit. Secondly we brought up issues about our flat to the front desk which we didn't get in writing which meant they tried to charge us for it out of our deposit. Initially they tried to take £600 from our deposit which after adjudication came out to £140. I tried to explain to the manager why their charges were ludicrous but they refused to listen, either out of malice or incompetence. I enjoyed my 2 years living at Spring Wharf, unfortunately it was ruined by incompetent management trying to steal my deposit.

I have been living at Spring Wharf now for 9 months, and I can honestly say I don't ever want to leave! The flats are so lovely and modern yet still have a homely feel. The furniture is also very stylish which is a plus! The reception and maintenance team are so friendly and helpful, any problems or issues they are there to assist, nothing seems too much to ask! If anyone wants to stay in a very comfortable, stylish and amazingly priced for what you can get in Bath (especially in this prime location) I would highly recommend Spring Wharf! (Try and get one with a balcony, the views never get old!)

Perfect place to live in. Gary, Kay and Vainie gave us warm welcome and help us a lot during living in this apartment. The service is quite professional and always meet your demand and you can always feel their enthusiasm. Facility is new and good quality and location is also perfect, near bus station. They even had a special event for residents gathering around and party together. It was amazing.

With an attentive and welcoming team, Spring Wharf has proved a very friendly and community-centred environment. The 24/7 availability of the concierge, residents lounge and the modern quality of the apartments all contribute to this being a fantastic place to live. Not overpriced and would 100% recommend.

Spring Wharf is very Impressive. Ideal location just a 5 minute walk to Old Field station which is a 15 direct train into Bristol or less than a 20 minute walk into the very centre of Bath. The building itself is very well finished with high quality furnishing and fittings. Not to mention Gary and the rest of the concierge staff who are all extremely friendly and approachable. Not being from the Bath myself, they have been great help, as they are very knowledge about the local area and amenities. Or happy for just a chat. I highly recommend anyone looking at Spring Wharf. It has a great community feel.
