   Was a tennant under Violets management for 2.5years and it was a shame the tenancy came to an end (the landlords sold the property) Moving to Bath from Cardiff, signing up was very smooth with Vi-lets being very helpful. You can tell Violet has a lot of experience, giving a lot of thought for both tennant and landlord in a professional and considerate manner. Moving out was also very smooth with Violet showing a lot of care for everyone's best interests. It was a pleasure to rent with Violet, thank you

   We are currently renovating our property that Vi-Lets managed for 4+ years and have found dead rats in the kitchen, loft, bathroom and garden. This was after paying Vi-Lets £125 a month to manage and regularly inspect the property. Although the tenants were unclean and aggressive, they were written a glowing reference by Vi-Lets to move them on swiftly. We felt Violet was very friendly but unable to manage the property effectively and as a result we have lost a lot of money on our investment.

   Lived in one of the apartments for just over 2 years. Never had any issue with them, f I had to get something fixed, they would send someone over. This goes from fixing the hot water in my flat (which was an issue in the building and not in the flat) to getting my seiling painted after a leak from the upstairs neighbours. Violet and Alicia are both always willing to help. Their way of communication is very professional and fast. If I would move back to the UK, I would definitely consider Vi-Lets again as an agency.

   I lived in an apartment managed by Vi-Lets for just under four years. In that time, I found both Violet and Alicia very helpful. They were proactive about maintaining the apartment - conducting checks every 6 months and addressing any issues. In the rare event of any problems in the meantime, they were very easy to contact and responsive to the problems. Upon informing them of my intention to leave, Vi-Lets provided a detailed document of exactly what was expected in terms of how the apartment should be left to avoid any problems.Violet's commendably high standards when tenants leave ensure that new tenants inherit a spotless and well maintained place to live. I would highly recommend this letting agent.

   V-lets are hands down the best letting agents that I have ever had the joy of letting from in 8 years of renting properties across various Cities in the UK. Any problem no matter how big or small during my time as tenant with them was sorted out (Often first hand!) by Violet straight away - no delays and no hassle. When letting from V-lets you very much feel that they are on your side as much as the Landlords which is often not the case with other letting agents - particularly in high value property areas such as Bath. In addition to being very efficient, polite and hard working I can also say they are great fun to work with and I now actually count Violet as a friend too - how many letting agents can you say that about? If I ever move back to Bath and am looking to rent Violet will be the first person that I call and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her and the rest of the V-Lets team to anyone looking to do the same.
