   Such a positive experience with Ocean Estate Agents; from the initial meeting with Jess Bulgin who valued our property, advised and arranged the viewings - all very efficient and kept us up to date with feedback through the portal and verbally, and the photographer, who showed our home in it's best possible light. Ocean secured a sale on our property and then the legal team, Gemma, Alex, Jessica and Lisa Lewis, our designated Move Manager took over and have all been amazing - updating us constantly, been there when our own purchase fell through (annoyingly!) and have guided us expertly through each and every step of the way. Personally, I would recommend them to anyone selling their home.

   I've had a really great experience using Ocean to sell my home. My agent Joe was excellent. Lisa and Liz - the move managers - helped progress things well and kept me informed. I also used the solicitor service. Grace, Gemma and Jess worked really hard to complete before Christmas. The whole team worked together for an all round positive experience.

Our sale went through from offer to completion in just over 6 weeks and this is a testament to Lisa constantly chasing the solicitors/seller to ensure every milestone was hit quickly.    I can’t recommend Ocean Estate Agents in Downend highly enough. Selling my house during a divorce—especially with the challenges I was facing—was incredibly stressful, but the team at Ocean made the entire process so much more manageable. Their professionalism, support, understanding, and genuine helpfulness meant the world to me. A huge shout-out to Lawrence, who worked tirelessly to help achieve the best price possible for the property. His advice was always clear and honest, and I felt supported at every step. He consistently got things done on time and made a complicated situation feel much easier. His professionalism really stood out throughout the entire process. I also want to give special thanks to Lisa, the move manager, whose empathy, compassion, and professionalism were invaluable. She truly listened, understood how I was feeling, and guided me with incredible kindness and care.    We're really pleased we decided to go with Ocean Downend to both sell and do the conveyancing on the sale of our flat this year. The whole team were fantastic to work with - professional, efficient and helpful all the way. The property was valued by Joe who we felt gave us sound advice on the values and suggested selling price. Once the property was advertised and we then had a buyer, we were always kept up to date on the progress of the sale by Lisa Lewis, Move Manager. She was fantastic and always prompt, knowledgeable and professional in replying to any emails or any concerns we had, communicating both with us and our buyer. She very much gave us peace of mind through the whole process. Alongside this we used the Ocean legal team, based in the same office, to look after the conveyancing. Our lawyer Jessica was knowledgeable, helpful, prompt. Having never sold a property before I found all the legal requirements and terminology daunting but we found the team so helpful in making this manageable! We also found it easier having both estate agents and lawyer under the same roof, working as a team. We wouldn't hesitate to use Ocean again when it comes to buying or selling a property - they just took the stress out of what is a complicated process here in UK! Many thanks to you all. Jo

   Recently rented a second property via Ocean, downend. From day one Jemima was very much "on the ball" chasing the landlord and paperwork to get the application and referencing completed. Her colleague James was also really prompt with paperwork & chasing call backs etc. Would highly recommended Ocean to anyone. Professional l, great staff & great customer service all round.

   My wife and I received a great service from Ocean estate agents and property lawyers. We had to sell my deceased mother in law's house. It got complicated as the house needed renovation and a contract had to be made with the buyer to get the work done. Ocean staff helped us deal with the stress and got the job done safely and professionally. I would highly recommend them to get you through even the most complicated house sale. They are efficient, knowledgeable, professional and supportive. You can trust them.

   Moved into my flat about a month ago after being shown round by Megan. Being new to the area, she had great knowledge of the surroundings and presented the property in a very professional manner. I accepted the offer the flat and Jemima and James made the admin/paper work process very easy and informed me of all the information I needed to provide. I cannot speak highly enough of Ocean Lettings and the team, they answered all my questions promptly and were very competent and efficient. Thank you guys!

   We have just got our first rented property with Ocean and the experience couldn't have been better. Renting in Bristol is a nightmare at the best of times but James and Jemima have made the process a delight. If things did not go our way with a viewing they were always happy to help us find new properties and explain the best way to secure ourselves a place to live. Since being in the flat there were a couple of issues with the shower but these were dealt with immediately and fixed within a day. From looking with many different agencies to find a property I would happily rate Ocean as one of, if not the best.
