   We Never use this agent again, the way the manager!! treated us was absolutely disgusting. this is not a matter of fact that we didn't achieve the house we really liked, this review is because the agent was absolutely dishonest with us. there was a house for sale and we trusted the agent and asked them to make an offer any price they advise, the agent promised to our daughter to make it happen and the exact sentence was I will make your dream come true! then our house went for sale Not with the greatest photos not with the full description, for 2 months we had no report no visit what so ever, we kept receiving offers from other agencies saying at least this agent can take some photos from all rooms and complete description, we also had an offer for cash slightly cheaper but we still could afford to get the other house but all were postponed because we trusted the agent so much, (knowing the area we are living the houses get sold less than a month, we had one in our neighbourhood at the same time that got sold in 2 weeks time with another agent) after 2 months we reuqested a call and consulted and asked this agent for permission to give it to another agency as well as themselves, they agreed and as soon as the other agent posted the house for sale with brilliant description and photos, Hunters decided to withdraw us even in the email they sent for this property and future! just because it wasn't good for their reputation, they called us in one day saying you have lost that house anyway and that house is sold, we were in a big shock about the way they talked to us and all dishonesty. when in the reply they have written they deliver the highest level!!! they need to consider normal people like us just need honesty nothing else!

   I have recently had the privilege of working with Mandy and Alison in my search for a new home. Living in Warwickshire whilst looking for a property in the Clevedon area has its challenges and I have been connected to several estate agents in the area. These two ladies are by far the most professional, insightful, and helpful I have experienced. It is very clear that they have the very best interests of their clients at heart (vendor and/or purchaser) They take time to understand what you want/need, and work hard to make sure it happens whilst providing a working relationship that is safe, honest and fun.......    Excellent and 5 star service. I dealt with Mandy initially when I went to view the property. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I immediately warmed to her and trusted her. Previously my experience with estate agents has seemed like a whirlwind and baffling, 'we just want your money', kind of experience. Not so with Mandy. Once the sale was agreed Mandy and Jo both kept me in the loop continuously, which was fantastic as they weren't even my agents. I would highly recommend using Hunters. If you have Mandy and Jo on the case too, you won't go wrong.

   I have just purchased a home with Hunters and from my experience, Lorraine and Mandy have always been really friendly, incredibly helpful and responsive, before, during and after the sale. We wanted to complete before the end of the stamp duty holiday and they did everything they could to help keep things moving to achieve that, which we did. Very happy with their service and would definitely recommend.

Mandy was friendly and efficient when reviewing the property and offered good advice on how best to present it for sale. The sale was extremely quick. Lorraine has been very friendly and helpful while regularly keeping me up-to-date on progress through to completion. I would definitely recommend Hunters Estate Agents of Yatton as I can not fault the service.
