   We sold our house through CJ Hole's Kingswood branch recently and the whole process was very smooth. They valued our house very reasonably and their marketing attracted a lot of viewings and a number of offers straight away. The whole team were excellent in how they then progressed the sale, liaising regularly with the buyers and our solicitors and offering us assurance at various stages as it had been many years since we had been in the housing market and a number of regulatory changes had occurred since then which we were not clued-up on. We have no reservations at all in recommending them.

The whole team worked together seamlessly to make the process as smooth an stress-free as possible. Adam carried our our valuation and took fantastic photos that really helped to showcase our home. Donna, Jodie,Lois and Lindsay were brilliant with arranging viewings and keeping us fully updated throughout, they managed to secure our offer and the offer on our home in a week! Which was incredible. A special thank you goes to Kerry Ray, who was our main point of contact for the sale’s progression on both our sale and purchase. They were very understanding of our situation and worked to our requirements. We were kept notified of every detail and were constantly updated by email and phone.    House hunting is never easy but during the summer last year it became an absolute nightmare, with everything being full booked the moment it comes onto the market, and the stupid bidding wars estate agents were doing. After viewing a house with another estate agent which were next to useless, I phoned up CJ hole about a house I had seen online and spoke to Vicky, who told me that unfortunately the house was fully booked, however they would call me in the morning if things changed, and to all my surprise she called me, saying how we are welcomed to view in the afternoon so we headed down to view the house later that day. Loved the house and appreciated Vicky's time. Our offer was accepted with no bidding wars as they did best and final offers from the start, and now was a waiting game completing the chain above us in our time frame. Months went by and nothing had happened, feeling frustrated and saddened that we may lose the house due to rapidly rising interest rates. a few phone calls and spoke to a lady called Kerry, who was absolutely fantastic. October came by and our sellers found a house, which turned out to be chain free so everything started rolling. It came to December and still we were no further, knowing that our mortgage offer was going to run out in a few weeks made a few phone calls to Kerry, who was phoning around all the time keeping everyone updated and letting us know what was happening and knowing that if the sale did not get completed in the next 2.5 weeks we would have no choice but to pull out, we completed on the 20th Dec. A very stressful and tense few weeks for us, but in for Christmas. Thank you CJ Hole, but more importantly thank you to Kerry and Vicky who in our case were extremely helpful. Much appreciated!
