   5 star service from Hensons. Really appreciated the time and careful consideration given into marketing our home properly and appropriately, with great attention to detail and using their vast local knowledge and experience. Pricing a property is always tricky and they achieved over the guide price due these factors. Once we had a sale confirmed and the conveyancing started that’s where the hand holding began, from wobbly buyers to wobbly venders they kept us sane, managed the relationships well and used their connections at the solicitors to speed things up. When there were bumps in the road they were there for you through it all. Felt very much like you were on the journey together as a team. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   A happy new year to you all at Hensons!! A special thank you to Stuart and Angela for the sale of my property and the professional manner in which it was carried out. I was expecting a bumpy road but the sale was effortless on my behalf. When Angela said “you don’t have to do anything, leave it up to us”, that literally was the case. The idea of letting my property prior to sale to was a stoke of genious as it more than covered my solicitor costs. I would definitely use this company again, such lovely people.
