Staff were amazing. Specially Cheyanne who prepared a very nice welcoming in our bedroom! Bed is extremely comfortable. Pillows not really. Room was very clean, new and comfortable, with a nice view and great amount of daylight

Hotel is new and clean. I really like the family room with one double bed and one queen bed. Very good rest. Breakfast is well prepared. Parking is near hotel with a discounted rate, overnight is around 11 pounds. Can temporarily parking in front of the hotel for check in.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. Itβs conveniently located just a short walk from Temple Meads station. The rooms are clean, spacious, and large bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great nightβs sleep. Breakfast offers a good variety of options. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to serve fresher coffee instead of machine coffee. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and Iβll definitely be returning.

We find the hotel very good. A few minor things stopped us giving 10/10 in all categories. 15 mins easy walk from Temple Meads station. We didn't eat there this time however we have in the past and the food was excellent. The reception staff are very helpful and there is a nice relaxing atmosphere in the bar. Overall very good. Will stay again no doubt!

The Leonardo hotel was a very comfortable stay for a long weekend in Bristol. Room was lovely, bed was amazing! The only two things I'd say could be improved, are the TV did not have Netflix (maybe I was just unlucky, and could have asked). Secondly, I am vegan, and although they had plant milks and vegan options for breakfast (cereal, fruit, potatoes, mushrooms, beans and toast) some veggie sausages might have been nice too!

A great hotel perfectly positioned for Bristol Temple Meads and access to the city. Breakfast was most perfect, but as always the eggs suffer from being kept warm. Plenty on offer, nice coffee and pastries. We had a superior room so got early check-in and late check-out which meant we could enjoy more of our break. Very comfy beds and the room was a good size with everything we needed and clean.

I stayed here as it is a five minute walk to our Bristol office. It is comparable in price to the other lower budget chains in the area but far superior. Breakfast was included and was varied and tasty. Also free decent quality wifi. This results in it being cheaper than its competitors in real terms The staff were polite from reception through to the chamber staff encountered in the corridor. We ate a late dinner due to flight delays. Food was delicious and the staff were the right level of chatty.... Informative, friendly and polite. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Features - a big TV, hairdryer, well stocked and varied hot drinks, safe, mini fridge and an ironing board/iron. My only minor complaint is that I was a little hot in the night with the big duvet. I have recommended this to colleagues and hope to visit again!

It has got to be one of the best hotels in Bristol. The food is amazing and the staff are so friendly every morning they ask how I slept. They also always have a smile on their face. The beds are top quality as well and are always kept clean. There is nothing that could improve this hotel as it is one of the best I have ever been in. And my room was cleaned every day. Amazing service. Whenever I come to Bristol from now on, this will always be my first choice of places to stay in.

Had an excellent 4 night stay. Room was spot on-extremely clean and comfortable. I had breakfast at the hotel every morning, and found it plentiful and with plenty of variety. I'd seen in previous views that people had found that breakfast items were either cold or not replenished. I certainly didn't find this to be the case. Staff were lovely-I'd definitely use the hotel again, and have actually just booked another one night stay.
