   This is my second time staying at this motel. The room was spotless, and they provide all the essentials like shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner—which are actually not bad quality. I especially loved that they offer GHD hair straightener and a Dyson hairdryer; it meant I could pack lighter and made the trip so much easier! If I had to pick one minor downside, it would be the lack of an in-room kettle, as I had to go to the hallway for hot water.

   Went in for lunch, Sam showed us to our table, he was super friendly. Didn't get the name of our server but she was great too. Food was good, cooked fresh & fast. Good prices will visit again. We have been befor for breakfast which was also excellent. Free car park, level access and toilet fully accessible too.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding experience at Mollie’s Bristol, thanks to Kian. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overbearing. Kian’s knowledge, timing and care elevated the whole experience and made us feel truly looked after. The food was exceptional – beautifully cooked, full of flavour and easily one of the best meals we’ve had in Bristol. Every detail felt thoughtful and well executed, and the service matched the quality of the food perfectly. A huge thank you to Kian for making the evening so memorable. We’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending Mollie’s (and Kian!) to everyone.

   Hotel is excellent, rooms emaculate, so clean. Every detail taken care of beautiful soap, shampoo and conditioner. Also, have hairdryer and straighteners which was brilliant. Staff absolutely wonderful. We also, went to Diner and food and service fabulous. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much

   Great diner, amazing cheese burger and fries, with lovely local beer. Staff really friendly and helpful. I was travelling down to stay in the motel and was going to be late, but they took booking anyway and said it should be fine. There was no problem when I arrived at 21:45. We’d used this place before when travelling down to Cornwall in the summer and got same excellent level of food quality and service, would definitely recommend. Good car chargers too which was a huge benefit. Only area for improvement would be allowing a small section of the diner for dogs, so people staying in the motel, which does allows dogs, can eat inside if the weather is poor, heaters can only so much. The diner is big enough so worth considering, I was on my own on this visit so no problem, but it would unfortunately stop us from staying over at the motel when travelling with the pups, which is a shame.

   Motel was excellent. Great location. Plenty of free parking. Charging points if required. Clean, comfy bed and very quiet. Free tea and coffee in the reception area was good. No kettle in the room was unusual but got used to using the hot water tap in the hallway. Diner: had evening meal and breakfast. Pros: fast service, great staff, food delicious. Nice atmosphere. Cons: not cheap. Dessert small for price. Breakfast was lovely but shame you can't order off menu. I just wanted toast and scrambled eggs but was told can only have what's on the menu. Need more lighter options. Would be nice if there was a discount for motel guests. All in all would recommend and will definitely book again.

   Friends get together for good & drink at the Diner (didn't use the motel itself). Food was filling, simple and tasty - I had a chilli dog and sweet potato fries. Fair prices. Good quality, especially the shakes. Clean and spacious restaurant. Great facilities, including for dogs and electric vehicles. Enough car parking, except possibly in very busy times. Right next to the main road along the side of Cribbs, so very easy to get to & convenient. Staff were very helpful & polite. I'd definitely go again!

   Booked the diner because the outside looked cool. The service was fantastic, everything was clean, and even though they were very busy (which is good for business) there wasn’t a long wait for food etc.The food - I can hand on heart say it was probably the best burger I have ever had. The burgers were nice and ‘meaty’, the salad in the burger was fresh and the fries were piping hot! Even the bun was nice and soft. Portion size was big, but not overwhelming and loved the pickle! We will 100% be coming back here again!
