“me and my friend have recently started to come regularly to this Coffee shop to read through a book together, today we were served by Ollie and Luke, who were very kind and helpful! We have been coming to this Costa consistently the past few weeks and have seen the same faces, who have been welcoming to us both and even knew our order before we’d asked today! Would definitely recommend this costa :)”

“Easy ordering and the service is fast. Not too many places to sit around and enjoy it, however. Their boba is chewy and their jellies are nice and poppy. They use real fruit and give you 25p off your order if you use their reusable cup. That means you'll break even at 34 cups of boba. You can decide whether or not that's worth it for you.”

“Great new Costa Coffee. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very clean, plenty of seating inside and outside. Comfy place to have drinks. There are USB plug sockets by some of the seats, so you could sit with your laptop/phone plugged in. Toilets are spotless and the decor is lovely and relaxing. Very spacious, tables aren't too close together, so it doesn't feel too claustrophobic. Perfectly air conditioned for a hot day!”

“We ate at Grounded Brislington in October for a work event. The manager was really helpful with the pre-order and made sure we were all happy throughout the evening, which is tricky in a smaller venue with a large group. All the staff were lovely Food was great, very generous portions too. We'd definitely come back here”

“Came here and had a delicious lunch here after exploring the gardens. There is a limited choice of lunch items but a better range of cakes. I had a vegan cheese forcachia, which was delicious. The service was pretty quick and staff very helpful. There's plenty of outdoor seating.”
