   It was a nice Saturday afternoon. Me, my wife, 3 children, sister in law, her husband and their 2 children decided to have a drink in this branch after a good walk on the harbour side. We arrived at 3:30pm, I found that all the outside tables have been stored inside the store. I went inside and nicely asked ANGES if she could please put a couple of tables for us outside as it is nice and sunny and it was too hot inside the shop. She wasn't happy about it, her face expression was really rude. She started putting the tables outside in an angry way, I offered to help; she replied 'move out of my way'! I politely asked her, why she was not happy about putting the tables outside, she replied back "we cleaned them, put them inside preparing to close". I felt really bad, I thought they close at 4pm (we arrived 3:30pm)!. So I asked her you close at 4? She replied no we close at 6pm and she stormed inside the shop really angry! Me and my family froze, we didn't know what to do next. So I went inside the shop, didn't talk to her, I spoke to another staff member, I asked him where is the manager to express my disappointment in her treatment. He pointed to her and told me she is the supervisor today! So I went to her and I told her you shouldn't be cleaning and preparing to close 2.5 hours before close time! You open fully to customers till 6pm. At this moment said, if you don't like it and you don't agree with it I have the right not to serve you and ask you to leave! These were her exact words!!! I went outside and told my 9 family members what had happened and they were shocked. So our children were really disappointed because they all were looking forward to order frappe. My 13 year daughter and my sister in-law (both wearing head scarfs) went inside to order, she refused to serve them and asked them to leave. They came back to me very shocked as they are a frequent customers of Costa and they always collect points and they never came across someone as rude as this lady. At this point I really got upset and I went inside and told her you refused to serve me, why you are refusing to serve them? She didn't reply. So I started filming her, she got angry and went inside the storage room and called the police. I went outside and called the police and reported her for this discrimination incident. I emailed Costa coffee on Saturday through their complaints form on their website and till now no one replied back!!!!! Absolutely disgusting to be treated that way for no reason.

   The usual Costa. Staff are very pleasant. Furniture and loo looking a bit tired if I'm honest though. Update 17/11/21: Place is now closed. See pic.

   I just took the lid off and Didn’t even get a full cup of hot chocolate. Very disappointed. Should of only been charged a small at this rate.

   Went there for the 50p campaign and it was really worth the sale! The store was very clean and they had a lot of cleaning stations and very well set guidelines. We got cortado and flat white. They were nice but felt flat white was a little weak so will try to get macchiato next time. I didn’t know that we could change the beans from signature to 5 origins so having this clear could be helpful and having a bit more of bean profile being showcased could be great. One small advice will be to have some stickers on the floor for people to line up since the big que outside was a bit obstructing other peoples path. Will come back again to try some strong coffee next time.

   Small costa shop but cozy.tgeu still have seating inside and only one toilet.busy place but staff was quick and friendly.Try their festive drinks abd speciality coffees. Plenty of takeaways.very clise to other shops and Brustol city centre marina.Naturally was ckised on Christmas day-25-12-17
