What a fantastic find! Heading home after a weekend in the campervan. The food was wonderful and the delicious, quirky options made it a struggle to choose. Lovely inside with a enclosed outside area. The toilets were clean and the quality certainly matches the prices. Staff were great and our bulldog was welcome too. Really glad we stopped in. Thank you.

Just pay them a visit! What a great place and the food is amazing. We had the "burrito" breakfast and scrambled eggs with truffle. It was superb. So much food I had no space for cake afterwards. Well done to the staff. And dog friendly.

Always have excellent service from the hideout team. Nothing is never too much for them. The food and coffee is amazing and never disappoint the best around. Also super dog friendly always going above and beyond. Our dogs love it.

I had the most delightful experience at The Hideout Lounge for lunch today! From the moment I walked in, the friendly service made me feel right at home. The staff was attentive and genuinely welcoming, ready to assist with recommendations and ensure my visit was enjoyable. Now let's talk about the star of the show: the steak sandwich. It was nothing short of mouthwatering! Perfectly cooked, the steak was tender and juicy, bursting with flavor. Each bite was a heavenly combination of textures and tastes, sandwiched between fresh, crusty bread that complemented the filling flawlessly. The ambiance of the lounge only added to the experience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for savoring such a delicious meal. If you're looking for a place that combines excellent service with phenomenal food, The Hideout Lounge is a must-visit. I can't wait to go back for another round!

A must visit. Locally sourced produce all made in house including wide selection of cakes. Greeted and seated swiftly. Friendly staff. Clean and fresh interior. We had flat whites, two breakfast, 4 cakes and two bottles or organic lemonade. The place was busy but not crowded. Dogs are welcome. It was all delicious we would highly recommend as a pit stop when travelling. Lunch menu looked just as good as breakfast menu. The coffee was served a little on the hotter side than I would prefer but that is just personal preference. Coffee is local too very delicious Superb place lots of awards which are well deserved

Visited here for breakfast. The cafe was nice. Staff friendly. Facilities clean. Parking was easy and access for everyone was ample. Be aware that if you want to sit inside it's worth making a booking. I'm sure some of the options are amazing. The quality of the food was good. I have to say I was a little disappointed with the price Vs quantity of food. I ordered poached eggs on toast £6. I felt this was a bit expensive. The menu hasn't been updated on their website with new prices but there menus do show this when you get there. Its a very popular cafe from the reviews but I just didn't feel the prices represented what you are served. Otherwise I would recommend a visit.

Went to a 'steak night', and the steaks were very good with a nice range of side dishes. Our food was delivered quickly and the waiting staff were friendly and efficient. My only grip was the inadequate ventilation, and cooking so many steaks without any obvious air extraction resulted in a 'fog' as the evening wore on. This evening was popular and we all enjoyed our steak night at The Hideout.

Called in for a light lunch. We hadn't booked but now know better. They got us a table but said there may be a wait of up to half an hour. No real worry for us, we had turned up on spec and they were obviously busy. As it was our order was taken and food was in front of us within 20 minutes. We have only been in The Hideout a couple of times, and have not been disappointed. It's a small family run business which sets high standards and delivers. Food is excellent and the coffee is the best I have had in a long time. Would certainly recommend this place.

One of the best roasts we’ve ever had. Great meat (three choices if I’m not mistaken) and vegetarian options (like a huge, perfectly roasted cauliflower steak), beautifully cooked veg, and the cauliflower cheese might be one of the best I’ve ever had. Generous portions, amazing flavour, and truly wonderful and cheery staff. You won’t regret having a meal here!
