The chipotle chicken was good, I had a wrap. Biggest complaint is finding tiny pieces of foil through the wrap from being cut in half through the foil.
We had cheese and potato pie which I haven't had in years, and I had beans with mine. This was a small portion and I only just managed to finish it. I can’t imagine what a full size portion looks like! It was delicious. I really enjoyed it and was excellent value. Good coffee too. Cash only.
Great little spot, went for full English and wasn't disappointed, the staff seem lovely only downfall was that it's a cash only.
I love this place! It's the reason I don't mind dropping my kids to Netball or Swimming in Caldicot on Saturday mornings. I drop them off, then I grab a paper and head over to Lite Bites for "my usual", which at first I couldn't even remember myself, but they always remind me, its the Monty. It always hits the table faster than expected, piping hot, and cooked exactly how a good english breakfast should be. They also have home made classics like bread pudding, which i have to sample whenever I see it, to determine if its as good as my Nan's or my Mrs'. It nearly is, which is a big compliment. The people who work here are super friendly, polite and attentive, which adds to the enjoyment of eating here.
Best place for an English breakfast and good old fashioned home cooking. Fresh baked home made cakes. Every week they have new bakes/flavours. Friendly service and always a clean table to sit. The lite bite family are just that, when you visit.

Food looked good, coffee was awful - curdled. Didn't feel clean - cigarettes ends all over the floor outside and the highchairs needed scrubbing. Huge selection of vegan food which was good to see. Cash only...
