   Massive queue, poor service from the Barista working the till. Waving rudely at customers to get their attention - forgot the orders after we’d paid for them. V dirty inside too. Toilets both covered in faeces. Sinks themselves very dirty with black mould - horrible place.

   Coffee was as expected, however, the cleaners need to clean the place correctly. The window sills were dirty and covered on food. You could tell that it’s been like that for months.

   Staff are not friendly. Very rude and abrupt. I ordered 3 x toast and when I asked if they could toast a bit more as it was white I got attitude. I also normally get 4 butters - 2 per each slice of toast. Only 3 here so asked for another. Never expected to be told u had to pay as normally wherever I go I'm automatically given 4 butters. I presumed, rightly or wrongly that this is what you get. I visit Costa daily, sometimes 2 x daily and have always had a friendly lovely experience. Not at this costa. It was also completely empty at 930... understandably so if this is the norm. Won't be coming here again.

   Just got back from spending a few hours chatting away with my friend and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and attentive and patient with us. Big shout out to Dylan who was a super star!! Perfect spot for great drinks and good food

   Friendliest staff ever! The manager here is so great, there are obviously people who are regulara and he knows their orders off by heart, always with a smile. Nice atmosphere, really efficient, and nicest staff experience I've had at Costa - thanks! (Manager was called Nathan on 20th - great asset to Costa)

   Great new Costa Coffee. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very clean, plenty of seating inside and outside. Comfy place to have drinks. There are USB plug sockets by some of the seats, so you could sit with your laptop/phone plugged in. Toilets are spotless and the decor is lovely and relaxing. Very spacious, tables aren't too close together, so it doesn't feel too claustrophobic. Perfectly air conditioned for a hot day!
