    Visited today to get a treat with ordering strawberry frappuccino without cream but got the drink with a cream. When corrected the lady serving us with not wanting to have the cream on top, she gave 'that' look and took the cup back. But what she did was was disgusting with scooping out the cream and gave the cup back to me. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from this small indian woman with glasses. Had to request to make a drink from afresh. The rest of team look all hopeless, disorganised and highly confused in preparing the drinks and making the order. Not going there again!!! Avoid this store. Better service and quality is in Cribbs Causeway mall.

    The coffee did taste nice, but the service was disgusting. A lady told me to shut up when I paid for extra whipped cream and she didn’t give me any. What the hell is this? A Karen Starbucks???? It was chilly however..

    It’s become a bit mediocre, the tables are quite often left with the remains of other customer’s left overs and cups for hours. It can sometimes take a while to get served even when it’s not all that busy. The floor could really do with a good clean. We like going here because it’s a good stop on our dog walk loop but in recent visits it’s gone downhill a bit which is a shame. Perhaps putting a place for people to clean up their own mess would be good and help keep the tables a little cleaner. It’s a lovely place when it’s running properly. It would also be good to see a more equal spread between drive through and sit in service, drive through seems to take priority when it’s busy. Some staff members are absolutely brilliant, but some lack attention to detail then take offence when you nicely remind them of what you ordered. It’s not okay to make a customer feel bad for asking for the bits of their order that got forgotten. Some customer service training wouldn’t go amiss for some.

    I've ordered 2 caramel frapuccino...and I received 2 frapuccino with a drop of caramel. Initially they came with caramel cappuccino and I refused because I asked frapucino. If you don't have caramel please inform the clients not invent another drink...

    Fast and friendly service, baristas don’t act shocked and confused when you ask for a wet cappuccino unlike local Costa’s. Lovely hot drinks and I’m so glad they are just around the corner il be a very regular customer.

    Lovely staff and many people will love it. Efficient too if you ignore the (to some of us) trademark annoyance of having to give your name. But it t feels a bit stark and “industrial” to me, compared to Costa and #1. Also there are no blinds, so in low winter sun you get badly dazzled if you are facing that way. That’s why someone with a laptop had to find shade behind a pillar.

    Went drive thru, got our orders wrong. Even said the order on the stickers and was read back to us correctly. But was not what was in the bag. Didn't realise until we got home and was too late. As a place that just opened you'd think they'd be double checking everything.

    Service was so bad. Cass (one of the employees) was very hot headed and when i asked her to clean the table, she gave me some napkins and said "clean it yourself". I did... Because none of the tables were clean. Also, they gave me an ice latte on a mug... Yeah it's strange here.
