   Unfortunately, upon entering, I was told by a member of staff that I was not allowed to bring my folding bicycle in and that I needed to leave it outside. As I didn’t want my bike stolen, I was unable to therefore complete a purchase at this location. I’ve never had this at any other Starbucks and find it especially surprising as it is a store next to a city centre train station that sees a large amount of commuters. I will not be returning unless this policy is changed as I use my bike to commute and am not willing to risk it being stolen for a coffee. The Starbucks in the station was more than happy to serve me.

   Probably the worst coffee I’ve had in a cafe for two years - lukewarm and almost undrinkable. Savoury food options were unappealing; cake was decent; and one member of staff was friendly. The toilet was grim and needed a deep clean.

   I meet up with others for a meeting - in Temple Quay Seating is available upstairs I was there later afternoon and fairly quiet Only good thing is that it is not far from Bristol temple Meads railway station and service is quick

   Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had; the service was unbelievably terrible. Despite scanning my Starbucks app, there was an issue, and my points didn't show up. When I asked an employee about it, they rudely insisted, 'No, I scanned it,' without being helpful at all. On 11/06/23 around 11:30 AM, there were 5-6 people working inside, and they were all chatting and laughing loudly, not paying attention to the customers. I've never seen this behavior in Starbucks before. (Of course, I don't mind people laughing and having fun, but this was done in a very disrespectful manner.) Despite empty cups on the tables, no one bothered to clean up. This will definitely be my last visit to this Starbucks. There are other places nearby like Greggs and another one which are much more courteous and respectful.

   Some feedback for the management. Whilst the majority of staff are very friendly, the same can not be said for Chev. A rather rude girl, who made me feel like an inconvenience to her day.

   Lovely Starbucks offering some good coffee and plenty of seating arrangement. The convenient location next to the station makes it a welcome place for travellers either coming or going to the train to pick up a nice cup of coffee. The food is expensive, as it typically is in coffee shops, but equally good though.

   Beautiful location with very nice upstairs loft. Wifi has decent speeds with no connectivity issues The main problem for me is that the space is not very laptop friendly if you have work to do. There are plugs along the bench but the tables are below knee hight so very uncomfortable to use. There is a large table which would be great but no plugs.
