   Customer Servoce today 3rd Oct 9.30am was exceptonal. Made me smile amd felt welcome. The woman is a prime example of excellence. Food was ok and furniture feel a bit dated now in costas.

   Everything was great. Coffee, food, ambience. Also a special mention to the woman with the red hair who served us. (Working at around 1pm on Monday, 1st September at Bristol Costa, Whiteladies road). Super helpful and friendly. Customer service at its best.

   Nice spot to watch the world go by. Clean, tidy and polite, professional staff. Coffee no different than others Costa's. All drinks served in disposable cups as dishwasher broken (or they didn't want to wash up). Mind you, Nero, Coffee #1 and Starbucks are all within sight.

   Disappointed. Been a few times recently and the staff seem miserable. A little smile to cheer customers would go a long way to get returning customers. Also very confused by their closing times as today they were closed at 2.58pm - I thought they were meant to be open until 4pm? Not the first time I’ve turned up and they were closed. No note on the door or opening / closing times posted on the glass , etc. very confusing to know when I can go there.

   I often buy a tea or coffee here but I had abysmal,not to say downright insulting service today,or non service. I chose a Costa frappe from the cool section and the young lady on the till could not find it in their system,in fact she seemed to be implying that I had smuggled it in and was trying to pull a fast one on them. She did come across to me as a very strange,and hostile person. When I asked for a cup she looked at me in bewilderment and seemed to have no notion of what a cup is and that I must be a mad person asking for one. She was a very rude and stupid person. As I have mental health issues (of course I do I have all the coolest things) she triggered me into losing my equanimity which I think was a very rude,cruel and sadistic way to behave. Nasty person.

   There is inside seating but the outside seats are a great place to watch everyone going by. The coffee is OK and the cakes are hard to resist!

   I was disappointed in this Costa, the staff were friendly and seemed to be efficient, but while making drinks to make money is good table cleaning duties are ignored when cutting down on staff wages. We cannot ignore the fact that we've just come out of a pandemic and we still need to keep standards up, and you, my friends are not.
