   The cakes fridge has flies in it and the man behind the counter charges me 5p for a takeaway cup when I'm drinking inside from a ceramic non disposable cup. I had to ask him to explain and he made a song and dance about giving me a 5p refund.

   The store made a good first impression . it looked nice and the toilets were clean. However, I found most of the staff to be unfriendly, apart from the lady who prepared my drinks, she was polite and got smile on her face . I ordered two Tiramisu Cream Iced Lattes , one decaf and one regular. I asked if my Starbucks card had been scanned, and the staff member said YES. However, I never received any points on my account, and my name didn’t appear on the cup, which usually happens when the card is scanned correctly. This was disappointing and made me question whether the card was actually scanned. Overall, while the drinks and cleanliness were good, the customer service and issues with the Starbucks card left me dissatisfied. At least my visit to Bath was incredible special . I want to say that my first visit to Bath was incredibly special. I absolutely loved everything about the city . The atmosphere, the architecture, and the overall vibe made me feel very welcome. I’m already looking forward to coming back in the future.

   RUDE EMPLOYEE (don’t know her name cause she never puts it on but is the girl with shaved brows..!) I have a little baby one year old who loves to walk around and obviously i cant keep him steady on a seat, which i know sometimes might be annoying but not all the time and only from one person. We come here to have our coffee almost every day and she is the only one who comes to our table and makes a scene all the time for our baby. Today i felt very embarrassed from her rudeness and its obvious that she doesn’t even like her job at all. Whereas the other staff are friendly she is very rude and unkind, thats awful. If kids are not allowed to Starbucks then put a sign or just let us know so we don’t come back.

   Visited here today and not a pleasant experience. We decided to try the Caramel Waffle Latte and all we can say is the cream on top was OK but the actual coffee had no taste of caramel infact it had a strange taste like washing up liquid. I returned the coffees stating they were disgusting and that they tasted of washing up liquid and the reply I got was a half hearted sorry. The toilets were also disgusting with the sanitary bin in the cubicle I used overflowing with used sanitary towels, surely that is a health and safety violation?

   Very clean Starbucks. One I didn't know existed. My daughter used it everyday at University. Large seating areas. Not crampt at all like some other coffee shops.

   Usually, I really like Starbucks and the service and speed is normally great! Today however, went in to get take-away coffee with a friend. There were maybe 3 people in thr queue ahead of us, and a couple more waiting to collect theirs. After ordering, we waited about 15mins for our coffees, considering there was only a few people ahead of us. My friend got given the wrong order, then almost 10mins later, my order eventually got made. I've never usually had issues here before. But the baristas were clearly not trained, or in training without a supervisor, as most of thr other people waiting had to have their drinks remade or had their drinks ticket lost. Its a shame really, never been this bad during previous visits, even during peak service hours, which this wasn't.

   I wanted to try Hibiscus ice tea for first time Kieron (sorry if misspelled) not only offered me to bend the recipe because I am diabetic he told me he will change it for free if I don't like it! I loved it. I can't add a pic cause I drank it all... oops! Good staff and the place is cool... First time here...it won't be the last!!! Well done guys

   Good sized Starbucks, plenty of seats. No super comfy ones, mainly wooden chairs and stools. Nice big glass windows. Had a decent latte and mozzarella, tomatoe and bazil pannini. Staff were friendly and smiley.
