Not a single vegan option. This was my only connection and opportunity to get lunch over a long journey and silly me for assuming there would be the normal costa options for vegans. Disappointed.

Blonde lady is so rude and shouldn’t be in a customer service job. Face like thunder and speaks to customers so rude. Even when you’re being so polite and has no manners.
I asked for a simple glass of tap water – a basic human right – and was refused. As someone who used to work at Costa, I know this isn’t standard policy, yet the staff claimed they “aren’t allowed” to give it. On top of that, they were unnecessarily rude. Really disappointing experience.
It says it’s open from 6am to 6pm, however every time I come after 6am it’s always closed. I wish it’s more honest about its opening times.

I was very excited by the ad at Costa Coffee in Parkway Station for a Feta Salad Bowl. I queued up and was told to go to the non Costa restaurant upstairs as the till was broken. I said I wanted a Costa coffee and the Feta Salad bowl not the Upper Crust sandwiches upstairs. I was then briskly told I’d have to wait 10 minutes while the till was rebooted. The reboot took 2 minutes. The Feta Salad Bowl I was gruffly told was in the display case. Nope. Nor was it in the fridge. They’d run out. No apology. Take it or leave it. Believe me I will just leave it next time. Manners cost nothing. Nor does good stock taking or good service.
I agree very much with reviewer S. of a year ago. And yes excellent efficient keen staff here. Excellent to find at the Station, Bristol Parkway railway, and in its foyer. Brings good cheer to extra tough days of recent times. And : Thank you to the staff here and elsewhere, of Costa, their coffee shops in North West Bristol South Glos known. Persevering in their work and hours in tough days: much appreciated ! Thank you to Costa Coffee co. too: very appreciated.
