Landed at bath spr station in a Hitachi 800, wanted to do the only Nero in bath that I not been before. Only had half an hour B4 the Dorchester train as this Nero was by the station should of been doable B4 the 5:30 pm train but open the door at Neros just B4 5 pm & a woman said we are closed, I said on the internets & the door 6:30 pm, she said we dont have enough staff, I said your here don't take 20 people to make a cup of coffee but she wouldn't have it, so I thought will get the train after the next train so went up the streets to the other Neros all of them would only do paper cups they had proper cups on the shelf but since Corona 6 years ago they like the paper cups & it saves them doing any work washing them, well a large white chocolate mocha cost over £5! and in a paper cup it looks like something out of a Toolstation coffee vending machine, must be losing a lot of customers in bath carrying on like that, people come from all over the world to bath than end up with a cheap paper cup, so went to Poundland & purchased a cup, the last 2 cups I got from Poundland the handles dropped off & had hot tea all over me, anyhow went back to the second closest Nero to bath spa station with my own cup, there was yard out the back & was going to sit out there but it was out of action with a note on the glass saying don't go out there, maybe its too far for staff to go to clear the tables as well as they don't want to wash cups, when I got back to bath spr station the 6:22 pm Weymouth GWR train was cancelled said like Neros they couldn't get the staff, for the train, than the next train was after 9 pm & that may of been cancelled so got a Portsmouth train to Westbury than a taxi home all because I couldn't get a coffee at the station Nero & had to search bath for another Nero and not have time to get the first train, on the way to Westbury I saw on the telephones that Great western railway was coming back into public ownership after nearly 30 years of 30 % late & cancelled trains plus hundreds of £billions of tax payers money wasted on it for nearly 30 years, came back to this Nero just B4 Christmas & said this is the first time I been in here as it was closing by 5 pm as didn't have a manager, she went got manager now & all is good, they were using proper cups not coffee machine paper cups as bath neros use, the toilet needed a code & didn't have time to queue for code as had a train to catch, as I sat in the Nero by the window for nearly 40 minutes I saw thousands of people walk past the window, if was sat there back in the 1980 s would of seen hundreds not thousands, how many more people is there going to be

The waiter in the morning was extremely slow for the morning rush. Hes a trainee barista but had no supervision and he makes bad coffee. There was a massive queue waiting there and I was in the rush, he took almost 5 mins to make a coffee. I paid for the cream but eventually he told me there was no cream for me without even asking me to see if I want a refund. HE IS JUST A LIKE SLOMO TURTLE!!!!!! COME ON DONT PUT A TRAINEE BY HIMESELF IN THE MORNING RUSH!!! GIVE HIM MORE HELP!!!!!!!

Sat outside as it was so nice but had to sit on a dirty table as all the tables were full of dirty cups plates etc. No atmosphere and no one came to clean any tables while we were there!

Not the best Caffè Nero that I’ve been in, but the service was fine, albeit a bit on the slow side. There appeared to be just two staff working, so probably overstretched. The real issue was all of the dirty mugs, plates, etc. littering the tables which customers were having to shuffle from table to table to find a seat. Shout out to the inconsiderate woman that came in with the elderly gentlemen who thought it was considerate just to pile everything from their table on the adjoining table attached to ours (learn some manners!)

Really huge but cost feeling Caffe Nero. The opening hours are fantastic and the decor is welcoming. Lovely kind staff, really amazing soya hot chocolate and ok vegan Christmas panini. Definitely recommend going to this Caffe Nero. Right next Bath spa and the bus station.

Nice "characterful" cafe. We ordered a decaf mocha and a cortado, along with a banana nut bread (labeled as raspberry almond crumble though). All very tasty.

I love Nero's flat white which ever branch I go to and in any country I'm in, its always good, but this particular branch is always so dirty, makes me want to avoid getting coffee here. Tables are full of the previous customers rubbish and twice now ive asked staff to clean the tables, and they seem to not like being asked. Should customers clean it themselves?

Although I didn't have anything food or drink I visited with others but I can't comment on their food or drink but I can comment on the rest. I was expecting more from this place it looks like it would have been nice when originally opened but from then looks to have had no maintenance done the roof is starting to show sighns of damage one area looking like there was a leak the doors look like they never been painted since and a bit of the railing near roof is coming off wich is a shame to see as with a repaint and bit of repair this place could look great again.
