   What a farcical joke of a company, busy station full of people and they cannot manage to open their shop! No notice or opening times just a locked up uninspiring looking shop full of Tshirts. Fortunately on the same platform there is a Starbucks serving good coffee to the traveling public. Well Done Starbucks. GWR should give this space to competent operator who wants to open and serve the traveling public. 1 Star as zero Stars is not an option!

   No Christmas spirit here staff are so unhappy and clearly don't like working here! What an awful atmosphere which naturally results in a slow functional service with no enthusiasm. Coffee itself was ok as was the cake, but the table was dirty as was the table with the sugars. There is clearly little care. Shop is rather cold as well. The seating area is amongst a clothing section which was rather bizarre. Staff seemed to hide out the back when there were no customers at the counter. Consequently no one gets a greeting or a Goodbye when entering or leaving, it's rather sad that an independent shop has such a poor atmosphere and level of service. There is a Starbucks on the same platform and I wish that we had gone there, and certainly will do next time.

   Want to support an independent, but this place is not it. I had to do a dive into the place and can see they say they are for the environment but don't use eco cups and previous posts state they give away their old coffee, this is also untrue as it is no where to be seen. The staff looked miserable, but yet they say they are employer that cares...are they sure?Theres also random clothing - I dont get it. Why? There are clearly issues within the business that should be addressed first, for example, the food you get vs the price, hardly a value for money. So why pour money into something that clearly people are disintrested in. The music is also... a choice... Definitely not a place I'll be rushing back to and overall very underwhelming experience.

   I was passing through and just stopped for a quick coffee. The blonde barista with the tattoos served me amazing coffee and was really kind to me. I will definitely come back again. Coffee shops need more employees like her

   Coffee is good so 3 stars but croissants are like leather. Asked if I could have a fresh one but was told they are 'brought in the day before and sealed' as if for burial. Was not offered an alternative or refund. Still would use for coffee but not to eat.
