   Great coffee, good food. Please change the seats they are sooo dirty and ripped. If I’m paying £1 per item to dine in please give me a nice place to sit

   Heather ! What a lovely person shouting at people we are closed! I am a regular customer of Pret A Manger. In my option it is the best coffee which I need before my shifts at the children hospital. I entered the shop at 18:29 and asked heather if I can the toilet but she was busy shouting at me we are closed!! Well I am never buying from Pret A Manger ever again in any city because of the lovely behaviour. PS , there was other patients waiting for their coffee so they weren’t technically closed.

   Today, I visited the establishment with my nursery class. They ordered a Baby Chino, and I ordered an iced latte, requesting oat milk due to my intolerance to cow's milk and dairy products. Approximately one hour later, I began to experience abdominal pain and subsequently became sick throughout the classroom. My stomach was bloated like a balloon, causing significant discomfort. I am certain that the milk was cow's milk. This has been a regrettable and distressing experience.

   I received fantastic service today from a girl called Heather at Pret Cabot Circus. Friendly and approach, nothing was too much trouble, service with a smile! We need more Heathers’ in this world - please give the girl a pay rise, she deserves it. Totally made my day, I will be back. Well done Pret.

   Nice staff but rude manager who seemed out of place. There’s a certain type of attitude and interaction at Pret that this manager didn’t have. Card machines broken and decaf machine broken too.

   The quality of coffee is good at this place. However, it doesnt make any sense to close the sitting area 1 hour before closing. The result is to sent the customers in the sitting area in ground floor which has 3 times less tables than upstairs. So, the result is most customers to leave. The second issue is that you lock the door and stop serving 10 minutes before closing, while other similar coffee chains do not do that.

   Well done to the Spanish ladies who work in pret Cabot Circus. With broadmead closed a lot more customers as usual. There was extra staff but only one coffee machine. Some customers are very rude and impatient. The staff worked hard to get all the orders out, didn't lose their heads and were very polite

   Nice grab and go. Had breakfast here, specifically I had the egg bunwich and almond croissant. Almond croissant is nice! The environment is good and clean too.
