   I came in to pret today just to grab a coffee and some food after a very...very long week. I don't usually treat myself to nice fresh coffee but why not?. The coffee was delicious i opted for a iced latte which very much complemented the warm day. Although the sun made me smile it was the manager working who made my day just the little bit more special. I believe her name was Chloe and she was an absolute delight. She took the time just to ask me how my day was and if i had any plans and was super lovely to me. I was feeling a little hungry so i wanted to get a pastry. I asked her what her favorite was to which she replied the blueberry muffin and i have to say chloe....YOU WERE SPOT ON!!!. It was really amazing to have been served but such a lovely young lady. She clearly puts a lot of love into that shop and pret are lucky to have someone as polite and talented as her. Cant say the same for most places but i definitely think im going to come back to this place more often. Thank you for your service Chloe and have a fantastic weekend

   As my review has been removed. Here we go again. I went there again and same manager, who just spin around without any control, the other guy touching the bins, then his face and then the food. Very poor hygiene!!! Original review: Very bad experience!!! Staff confused, disorganised and not trained. As food hygiene I observed the guy with the white hair to change his gloves after touching the bins, then the equipment and wanted to handle my wrap too! When I observed it, he said that he was not handling anything while cleaning the panini machine.

   I've ordered a sandwich with subscription coffee to take away in 93-95 Broadmead, Bristol BS1 3DT, and got a call from my work in a store while was waiting for a coffee. While I was speaking next to the exit I grab a chair to leave after finishing my phone call, one of the team guy named @Sahad, interrupted my call with no manners said that I have to come with him and change the order from take away to eat in, which I was not planning to stay. He was not polite and unprofessional in his service with no smile to anyone. I cancelled subscription which had over 2 years and won't recommend to my friends!

   The lady served me was friendly and cheerful. She made my drink enjoyable with perfect texture and a heart shape on top. Could be Vietnamese or Thai, I will definitely look her up to serve me again.

   Reliable quality as ever. However, the management needs a telling off. Stinking hot inside, with door wide open while refrigerators are working overtime. Talk about injustice - taxpayers are paying for this warmth which customers like me, don’t want! PULL UP YOUR SOCKS!

   Went into the Broadmead Bristol Pret yesterday with a friend. We picked up our sandwiches, crisps and a drink each and placed them on the counter. We were totally ignored while 3 staff members stood behind the counter, one was working the coffee machine, the other two I'm not sure what they were doing. They did not say a word, then a lady walks in to the place, walks right up beside us and she is asked what she would like! Unforgivable in a customer service environment. The server who totally ignored us was taller, dark hair tied back and spoke with a foreign accent. We left our food on the counter top and walked out. Went to Cafe Amore across the street - now they have the best customer service and cheaper food so we will go to there from now on.

   Look at the picture of the baguette that you pay premium price for! we asked the team and they say the company shrunk the baguettes. which I don't think is the case. contacted their customer service got a "copy paste" reply (your feedback is very important to us...)

   Definitely has gone downhill! First they closed for a few months for an apparent "refurb" but place looks the same. Secondly, service is always bad, the staff are so moody and unfriendly, it really makes you unwelcome. Food obviously is the same, really nice, but I've noticed their drinks are horrible- for example, the latte tastes purely of milk (and yes I'm aware it's made from milk, but it should taste like coffee, not just warm semi skimmed milk!).

   Really good Pret. Staff are very friendly and helpful. This Pret A Manger was very clean, tidy and well stocked of produce. There were plenty of items to choose from to eat, even though we visited late in the day. There is plenty of seating available and we were served quickly. I had a coconut mocha and it was delicious! The best I have ever tasted. My husband had a cookie, which was warm and very tasty, and a caramel Latte. Drinks were hot and enjoyable and as always reasonably priced. Will definitely visit this Pret again.
