   The staff at this branch are so RUDE. They don’t welcome you, they are either on their phones, gossiping and even have the audacity to see you , look at you and still not serve you until THEY are finished chatting shit behind the counter. They look scruffy, no self pride what so ever. Super super unprofessional and it was so bad I took this to tiktok to talk about it to see if anyone else has had this issue ! It seems to be KNOWN for bad service. I ordered a toffee nut match latte and they told they don’t do it; until another member of staff corrected them. Know your product and ask customers if they want any additional toppings. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty when I walk in, I expect, kind smiles, politeness and professional behaviour. Kids have too much audacity , lacking initiative, and good customer service.

   Baristas here need to speak up when they’re calling out ready orders. Calling out the order and customers name in the quietest voice possible and there were drinks gathering on the ready to collect table because no one could hear how quietly she was calling them out. Also really lame, underwhelming coffee. I’ve only ever been to Starbucks twice in my life but this seems to be an incredibly overrated coffee chain. £4.50 for a tiny iced caramel latte that didn’t even taste of coffee or caramel. Just tasted of sweet watery milk. Not worth it at all. Don’t know if the barista is just naff or this is what all Starbucks are like. I’m not motivated to try it again though.

   Went in for a Strawberry Açai with no ice and was told by server and Josh they are not allowed to do it with no ice, “company policy”. Never heard something so ridiculous. It’s to order at my specifications especially when it comes at a premium. Never have problems at any other Starbucks.

   The overall atmosphere is fine, but the shop could be cleaner and the staff more welcoming. The coffee and food are about the same as at other Starbucks branches in the city.

   Went to get the new Halloween drink from this store, was absolutely rammed what is understandable. However, I had a transaction go through and showed 2 staff members it had gone through and was told it hadn't gone through on their side and it was "not their issue". I also found the staff member who took my order to be rude and abrupt (I don't go to star bucks often (sue said she needed my name first before an order could be placed, I found this quite rude). Only thing I can say is the sour apple halloween drink is lovely and the Halloween muffin is as well. Would bump this up to a 2 because of this but... customer service is more important to me.

   Lovely staff the were really fantastic helpful. Also very fast service and quick had drink given to me quickly. Has plenty more seating upstairs. Very clean and customer service top notch. Customer toilets very clean. Would recommend this place if you want so quite to work or take a phone call. Staff were very helpful as there is code to get into toilets this good. Thanks all staffs help.

   It's OK. They ask if you are sitting in or taking out so they know whether to give you a paper cup or washable one. I sit in and get a washable one when I can and that is what I have before me as I write this. Glancing at the receipt with nothing better to do, I see that for some reason this Starbucks continues to charge the 5p paper cup charge even if you are not using a paper cup. It is only 5p and it is for a good cause, so no problem right? Feels as though there is a principle here though, that you should be clear about charges and when they apply. 5p of my money spent on a good cause but without my consent crosses a boundary. The moral compass of this Starbucks needs a reset and so it loses 2 stars. Harsh but fair I hope.

   Great location as it’s right in the centre of a busy shopping street. We really enjoyed our warm drink in their huge glass mugs, and their pastry (chocolate twist). Would be nicer if tables were cleaned more frequently as when you enter the cafe the first thing you notice (while looking for a place to sit) is a few tables with mugs and plates from previous customers that had already left the premises.
