   I usually come in at least once a day to this branch, and have noticed the standards slipping drastically recently. Yesterday I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before I was even acknowledge, which would be an overstatement. The woman who greeted me (hijabi) made it abundantly clear she did not want to be there and made me feel like a complete inconvenience. Every table was filthy with hundreds of cups piled up. When I sat down there were long black hairs all over the table at which point I got up and left. This used to be such a friendly, welcoming place but their standards have drastically dropped with new recruits & cleanliness.

   Slowest Starbucks in the world. Even with nobody in line, they take an age. Customers are not their priority.

   The waiting time for a coffee was an absolute joke. To then asked for a simple ice latte with sweet cold foam, which had sunk to the bottom of the cup. Asked the young girl behind the til to redo my drink as I have been waiting around 30 minutes in the queue, for her then to tip out half of the coffee nd add more sweet cold foam, which sank again (couldn't believe she didn't think that it's probably to do with the consistency), then had to ask her to redo the whole drink after her second attempt. She practically slammed down the drink and appeared annoyed and moody of my request. Not the coffee experience you are looking for on a Sunday morning. I go to many starbucks within Bristol and not one other store has made my drink like that..... worst one in Bristol by far. Think might need to look at their team

   The most unclean toilet I've ever seen in a Starbucks, the smell was horrendous. The coffee and cookie were lovely, but wouldn't recommend using the toilet there.

   One very rude member of staff who waved her hand at me to hurry up with repeating my order after she didn’t hear me the first time. Multiple times I’ve asked when cinnamon sprinkles would be back in stock and they’ve stated they go across the road to M&S for the majority of their products and it’s still not back after 3 months of asking. Always ask for my coffee a certain way and they do it the opposite. Very busy coffee shop lacking in the staff to maintain or handle the busyness of the store. The cleanliness of the store is revolting. They don’t clear tables quick enough leaving customers sitting at tables waiting for their orders with other people’s orders sat under their noses, walls have stains and spillage marks on them and haven’t been wiped since I’ve been visiting since November 2022. Toilets aren’t great either if I’m honest. My pet hate is when the seats aren’t wiped during cleaning the tables but I’ve never seen them with a spray bottle and cloth cleaning the tables after clearing crockery off of them. SHAMBLES

   I phone up the store as got the wrong order and spoke to the women working to day on the 27th January think her name was Cacia she one of the most helpful and go her way to help me to sort out the problem . Thank you for everything you do and done for me.

   The moment we sat by the table I was regretting not ordering a take away or going to M&S cafe...The place is filthy..tables, seats, the floor, walls, the counter..the toilet…not very pleasant…even my little one made a comment, is speaks for itself…it’s a shame as food is served there and things like that make your experience worse. Two stars for both coffee and food - we enjoyed it to certain extent.. Overall - wouldn’t go there again..
