An excellent Costa in a tiny, weeny motorway service area! Usual excellent coffee and particularly excellent staff.
Great coffee also staff are brilliant, reason not five stars as the actual service station is getting very old now. But it was easy free parking with great disabled access so it's all good. Seating in Costa was comfy and clean also.
This must be the worst run costa in the country. Staff not communicating, the shop manager complaining out loud and snapping and the kids, 20min wait for two hot drinks, counter disgusting, staff returning from break not washing hands, half the orders incorrect and needed redoing. Absolute shambles.
Great service and we had some lovely toasted cheese and ham sandwiches and great flat while. Very small services but it all works!
Dean and his staff are amazing. I always have a laugh with them and a chitchat if they have time. Otherwise, it's just a quick hi and go. Coffee is always good ,food varies to your taste buds. As for people saying about prices , it's a costa so what did they expect. The team don't make the prices they just serve and smile. Keep up the good work all.
Shocking £8 for 2 bacon rollssauce was extra. Absolute rip off

I am not sure they can all this a service station. Every time I attempt to call into Costa to get a drink its closed. Yesterday commuting and it was a busy M48 so stopped off for a brief rest and drink… closed. Spoke to the 3 staff there that were cleaning and asked “its 18:25 why are you closed when the website states 10pm” Their reply was “we dont have any staff”. Uhh there are 3 of you.. got a blank stare. Can I also comment there was no where to sit when this is shut. How can this justify as a service station when you cant even rest or refresh. WHS smith and burger king are never shut.. always costa.. Dont waste your time stopping there.
Popped into Costa coffee at the services at severn view this evening on the way to work to pick up a good to go magic bag the staff were very friendly and even though it was a very quick visit to pick up the magic bag and as its Christmas/new year I wanted to give the staff a tip so I asked if they had a tip jar I could put something in, I was gobsmacked with the answer that they were not allowed to accept tips and could get into trouble with bosses if they accepted one . Come on Costa coffee bosses wake up and smell the coffee ( excuse the pun ) but if I receive good service I like to reward good service or are you paying them too much wages they don't need to receive tips
