“Great place to take your dog for a bit of free running. They've got 2 fields. After the rain it's muddy - especially around the entry gate so make sure to take wellies. A hose is available to clean your dog as well as poo bags and a bowl with water.”
“We were lucky enough to book a cancellation slot for yesterday evening, the owner was absolutely lovely and sent the info across straight away-professional, friendly and really welcoming. The pool was amazing, we had an amazing evening and it was definitely worth every penny. The water was so warm, not like other pools where I keep checking the time to see how much longer in the freezing water, this was just perfect. Everything was really clean. Covid restrictions spot on, even a pool manager there to welcome us and check everything was ok. We had such a memorable evening, we can’t wait to book up again. Thank you x”
“We absolutely love this place, such friendly volunteers running the pool, and the baby swim on a Sunday morning is one of our favourite parts of the week.”
“We had our 4 year olds pool slide party and hire of the party room and it was the BEST party ever! So well catered for, so clean and lovely staff. Thank you so much. Can't recommend highly enough”
“An amazing experience if you find anything to do with planes interesting. Spent 3 hours there and could have done more but had another event to attend. There was an amazing amount of history in one place on how aerospace evolved over the years. If you find planes and their history interested this is definitely one to go to! Highly recommmend it!”
“Sweet baby Grolnok what a place! We came up today for a mini ramp lesson and will now be back regularly for skates and lessons. Our mini ramp lesson was led by Bella who was amazing and got us trying new things and drop ins, with us progressing in no time at all. She had a great way of explaining things and helping us which meant we.made such amazing progress despite only one lesson. The other staff running the shop were equally amazing and gave some awesome advice on the differences between different brands of gear. The mini ramp itself was fantastic and the main skate area looked awesome. We will for sure be back for.more lessons. The shop also has a awesome selection of gear.”
“A real gem with abundant wildlife and lots of climbing and outdoor fun for the kids. Parking can be tricky but worth it. Pack a picnic and spend the day enjoying nature! Highly recommend!”
“Excelent facilities and very good swimming pool. I go there every year at Jazz Carlin’s swimming camp and I recommend it!”
“Absolutely fantastic pool! It's one of the best pool I've visited in England in the past few years. Best thing about the pool is that it is heated. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the pool and changing room are clean. The style of colours is gorgeous. There is a small shop and resting area near the pool.”
“I absolutely loved the yoga class with Debbie at The Village in Bristol. Debbie is a fantastic instructor — calm, knowledgeable, and very attentive, making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported regardless of their level. The session was well-structured, relaxing yet strengthening, and I always leave feeling more balanced, stretched, and energised. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommend!”
“Really kind helpful staff. Nice pool. Great showers. Such a pity that there is no adjacent parking available. As for having to use a mobile phone app to be able to use the carpark behind the high street shops - utterly ridiculous. Could be a deal breaker sorry to say.”
“Brilliant session for the toddler I look after, this morning....a good sized pool, that's clean with excellent staff. Parking can be a squeeze when it's busy.....there is no private changing area or family changing but if you want a clean, warm pool with a very calm feel and great teachers, this is the place to go.”

“Nature is awesome, nice lake with plenty of ducks and ducklings this time of year”
“Great facilities at a reasonable price with good instructors and a wide selection of classes”
“Great swimming pool that I have been using since Filton pool closed unexpectedly in April 2025 (but has since reopened) if has up to 6 lanes for swimming (less when there are swimming lessons or casual sessions) - Experimented on various sessions and did find that the casual sessions on the whole were the quietest (but I do have some flexibility) Also used the sessions on the weekend - showers are great - separate ladies and gentlemen changing rooms - £8 for a one off adult swim (as of Sept 2025) or of you go more often then get the membership - can be done on line just be careful which session you book on - I did the wrong one but soon got it changed to swim only!! Staff are great - if you can book in advance it would be great and easier and you can just used your card to present at the desk and not reliant on a member of staff being on duty (none will be around if the lifeguards are on rotation) Great pool and great staff, great facilities - I still have membership and will use on an adhoc basis a the pool I go to has reopened but would certainly go there as a back up and provided a great pol”
“Old victorian pool. Lovely swims here. Staff really helpful. Will definitely use again”
“Excellent cold swim in spotless facilities and wonderfully cheery man on front desk, thank you”
“My girls just started swimming lessons here. Absolutely brilliant teacher and the girls love it. Back every Wednesday now”
“We stayed overnight for the New Years Eve party and have nothing but praise for the whole event. From start to finish everything was well catered for and all the staff lovely, friendly and helpful. We will return. One glitch for me personally was that i like a swim - and children were in the 'lane swim' portion of the pool.”
“I love this gym, it's Aircon is so good, it's a nice view out over parts of Bristol. It's usually quiet and the machines are nice and not all worn out and run down looking like they tend to get in your high street gyms. Everything is nicely spaced out and laid out. You just download the app and you get a QR code which you just scan to go through the barriers. After I purchased the membership they called me to check if I had any questions and the staff seem nice enough. I want it to be successful but I'm also loving how quiet it is.”
“Brilliant, my swimming pool is amazing!!”
“My grandson is taking swimming lessons here and they seem high quality. The building itself is excellent except for a tight squeeze down the sides of the pool. Nothing serious but there it is.”
“Helped my Daughter with cerebral palsy take her first steps, cant thank then enough”
