βLovely place to relax or rush around.β
βFabulous building with distinct neo art deco detailing. The last building to be built with water views. The Penthouse is amazing! This will be an amazing building to live in. All amenities around the corner and supermarkets within walking distance!β
βA beautiful & relaxing area to sit peacefully with a good book & a nice picnic to simply watch the world go by, sheer bliss.β
βBeautiful wood. Not easy to find and parking tricky but well worth itβ
βGave birth 6 months ago and never got round to writing a review until now. I canβt fault my experience at Mendip/Southmead. I had 2 midwives (1 being a student) and they were exceptional, always by my side. I went in at around 9 and they stayed with me until their shift ended at 7am. Took no breaks. They realised babies heart rate was dropping so intervened very quickly and took me to CDS. Afterwards we had a lovely room where my partner was able to stay and rest with me after birth. We were then left on our own to take everything in but had a call button if we needed anything. They were very quick at responding. Security is also great at mendip as you have to be signed out by the midwife (to ensure the baby is yours) Thank you all at Mendip xβ
βthis gym is really good for people who only like to do a bit of things , the swimming pool is nice temperature there are private showers in the changing room which is amazing for people who donβt like being around people , the only issue is that there is no one really at the till and the staff donβt really know what there doing .β
βMy son plays football β½ there, always polite, friendly, helpful staff. Lovely placeβ
βIt has now become a seriously good gym...we went to the new Pure Gym for 3 weeks ..showers never hot...only 6 spin bikes...(although they were much better than the very old ones at Parish)...at Β£28 per month including classes, swimming, off peak badminton you can't go wrong.β
βAttended the European Kempo championships here recently. It's a great venue, with great facilities and the centre was clean and well serviced. Just one little, little thing was it would have been great if the cafes were at full operation levels as it have a profitable spell for the centre. We had to go and get drinks and food so think they missed a trick. GREAT PLACEβ
βMy son and a large group of his friends from a grass-roots football team had a social event held here. They enjoyed bowling and putify and was well fed with chips and pizza. All in all a great choice for such an event and would definitely recommend.β
βThe local pool I have been suing is now temporarily closed and I was looking for another pool and this one was ideal as it is near a bus stop so combined with my birthday bus pass I hope to use this during the month of April as it will cost me nothing to get there apart from time!! I struggled to get into the website for booking - the session I had looked quiet and turned up and the receptionist took my details and booked me in cost just over Β£4 - good value for money for a 50 minute swim that I needed Staff were very good and attentive and hope to be back during the month of April but I think i am still struggling to get back in - but will e-mailβ
βGreat for family's. Big free car park, leisure centre with all the normal indoor and outdoor activities but also has lots of open space for kids to play including a playpark section, walks around the woodland area and pond, plus the museum is great to look around. Good day out for allβ
βThis is a modern, inclusive and friendly leisure centre which has recently undergone a fantastic refit. I'm very glad I joined - and 'thank you' to the wonderful staff team who work really hard to ensure everyone feels welcome here.β
βI recently met Brooke Morgan when I was checking out the gym, and I have to say, sheβs one of the most persuasive and genuine salespeople Iβve ever met. At first, I wasnβt really planning to join. I was actually looking for a home gym setup but Brooke took the time to really listen, understand what I needed, and show me how the gym could fit perfectly into my lifestyle. Thanks to her friendly approach and encouragement, I decided to sign up, and Iβm honestly so glad I did. Iβve really been enjoying my workouts, and itβs all because Brooke convinced me to give it a try. Iβm very grateful for her effort and professionalism. If you ever visit the gym, make sure to talk to Brooke, she truly knows how to make you feel motivated and confident about your fitness journey!β
