“Zoomies is amazing for Mastiff pup she’s getting to meet a lot of different breeds and loves her time with other dogs, owner is brilliant and always to happy to welcome us back each week for the puppy session”
“Small park, but a peaceful place to visit. Best to go in the warmer months though. Lots of ducks to feed!”
“I joined David Lloyd due to the pool facilities. It is always clean, and relaxing no matter if busy or quiet. The new gym layout / equipment is great. Liv was a star when I first joined the gym - she is so knowledgable. There has been issues when using guest passes for signing in, but nothing is a bother to the team - they’re always so friendly. Looking forward to the new courts opening!”
“I love the 50 m pool. The cleanliness is high and the staff are helpful and friendly. It's a safe environment, Showers have been restored and there are different types of saunas where yiu can relax after a swim. Love it!”
“Really enjoyed here. We spent a good couple of hours trying all the interactive exhibits staff were very friendly and helpful”

“Iv visited many Village gyms and have to say this particular gym stands out from the rest. Firstly the staff “Natalie” in particular are soo helpful and friendly and the equipment and cleanliness in the gym, changing rooms and pool are unquestionably spotless. Cant wait to return.”
“Good place to take the kids. 2 pools, big and small and both are well heated with alert staff. They do recommend you bring armbands for all kids under a certain age. The price was great!! £10 for 2 kids and 2 adults if I recall correctly.”
“Great facility - decent staff, quality swim instructors, and good warm pool. The council timetable site is mega unintuitive so booking is a bit of a nightmare, but that's outside the scope of this review. Great place.”
“Brilliant pool party with the inflatable obstacle course. Looks good for lane swimming too, for the fitness fanatics”
“Looks even better after the latest refurbishment. Plenty of lockers in the changing rooms and good size pool. The swimming teachers are absolutely brilliant with our 5 year old. Booking process can be a bit slow via the Liv Aberdeen site”
“Family of 2+1. Stayed for one night only. Room was clean and HUGE for the price. Staff was unbelievably welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool guy really helpful. Food was really good. Asked for a drink out of the menu. "We've got ingredients. We"ll make it for you." Absolutely amazing experience. Will be back just for the service :)”
“Staff on reception are super sweet and welcoming. The gym is kept to a great hygiene standard and everything is easy to navigate. I would recommend this gym over others, no waiting about for machines, great pool and sauna.”
“I believe this is the deepest public swimming pool in Aberdeen at 3 m at the deep end. Good for diving practice and a bit of fun. The staff are also nice and helpful. A bit of a drive to get there but apart from that everything is fine. Recommended especially for public sessions.”
“Great swimming pool, difficult to book just now due to Covid and there are limited spaces available. Very clean, nice staff, nice pool.”
“Cant mistake the shape of Mither Tap from ground level Always an enjoyable stroll up no matter which car park you decide to park at”
“Great place for spectacular cliffs and in spring for thousands of nesting birds. Nature Centre near Colliestone is worth visiting, especially with children”
“Lovely area, flat walk takes around 25-30mins to get to the sand if taking the Hackley Bay route, add another 10-15mins if walking to the bay”
“Great little garden to wander around. Lots of benches dedicated to memories. Very nice space and well kept, very pleasant today even though not in bloom.”
“Fantasticly Huge, vast sand dunes all leading to a wonderfully beautiful long sandy beach, add in sunshine and you have a venue well worth a visit”
“Challenging course to play for the first time with lots of blind holes and hidden hazards which I found every time. Views of Aberdeen and the harbour were amazing. Played it a long time ago when course was pretty rough. Bunker maintenance and greens much better today. Look forward to playing again soon.”
“A nice park with a lil farm (££) and a playground. Plenty of benches and greenery for a picnic. Perfect for a sunny weather.”
“Beautiful peaceful beach with sand dunes and so quiet although just off the main esplanade. Lovely place to walk to from Aberdeen beach, around a 40 minute walk.”
“Really nice place for a walk with a dog or Sunday walk with family, friends. Watch children as there is couple of cliffs and water ponds. There's also hill with really great wievs.”
“Amazing staff, swimming teachers even more so x”

The state-of-the-art equipment, diverse range of sports options, and friendly staff create an environment that's both invigorating and welcoming. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner, RGU Sport accommodates all levels with a blend of professionalism and inclusivity. My time there has been a delightful journey of fitness, fun, and forging new connections. RGU Sport is not just a gym; it's a haven for a vibrant and active lifestyle.”
“Really great council ran leisure centre. The pool is always immaculate and has decent opening hours (though recently reduced). The gym is small, but with a good range and there is always space to get on with your workout. Facilities are clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and everyone is very welcoming. The sauna is a treat with it's cute wooden headrests so you can really chill out.”
“What a gym! Been going to warehouse for over 2 years and you will struggle to find a gym with better members and equipment! Everyone is there to support you. There is zero judgment and you feel welcome and comfortable at any level of ability or strength. All the "intimidating" bodybuilders are amongst the nicest ones in the club and are all willing to help with a spot or answer any questions. All-in-all an excellent gym with insane equipment and great / friendly staff!”
“Great place for sports. Front desk guys are really helpful.”
